Wholesale prices increased at their quickest pace ever in November in the latest sign that the inflation pressures bedeviling the economy are still present, the Labor Department reported Tuesday. Scores of people were killed late Monday after a tanker transporting gasoline exploded in Cap-Haitien, Haiti's second largest city, according to Haiti officials.
