When did the political systems of 193 nations become the business of the government of the United States? And who elected us Americans to write the moral code for the regimes that rule other lands? Consider: On taking office, resident Joe Biden pledged to center his foreign policy "on the defense of democracy and the protection of human rights." At his Summit for Democracy, he said it was America's intent to undertake the bolstering of democracy and human rights worldwide. Yet no nation bristles more than we Americans do when we discover foreign regimes meddling in our politics or presidential...

The Zhurong rover was designed only to communicate with its companion orbiter, Tianwen 1; however, the rover has long outlived its planned mission and the orbiter is no longer able to do as much data relaying. So China and Europe decided to try an experiment: Send data from Zhurong to Mars Express to Earth. That's challenging, since the robots' communications equipment doesn't match. Zhurong can transmit at a frequency Mars Express can detect, but not vice versa, so Zhurong sends data without hearing back from the orbiter. On Nov. 20, Mars Express passed 2,500 miles (4,000 kilometers) above Zhurong's location...

Far left CNN detailed the signs of looming defeat for Democrats in the 2022 midterms in an analysis piece on Sunday, saying pretty much “every single indicator” is pointing to a landslide victory for House Republicans. “Pretty much every single indicator that pointed to a Democratic wave in the 2018 midterms now points to a Republican one in the 2022 midterms,” Harry Enten wrote.

MSNBC contributor and former Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-MO) said Monday on “Deadline” that she believed “red states” would enact “vigilantism laws” that would enable citizens to round up people who look like foreigners. During a discussion about the Texas abortion law that allows private citizens to sue people involved in an abortion, McCaskill said, “You know, every once in a while somebody on the Supreme Court surprises us by making a decision that would not be expected based on the politics of the president who appointed them. I’m afraid those days of surprise are over. I think we know everybody,...

From now on all generations will call me blessed, 49 for the Mighty One has done great things for me— holy is his name. 50 His mercy extends to those who fear him, from generation to generation. 51 He has performed mighty deeds with his arm; he has scattered those who are proud in their inmost thoughts. 52 He has brought...

On this date in 1650, 22-year-old Anne Greene was hanged for infanticide. A maidservant, she had been seduced by her master’s teenage grandson and became pregnant. Anne stated stated she had no idea she was pregnant until the baby suddenly fell out of her while she was “in the house of office” — that is, the outhouse. But when the body was found she was arrested for murder. Medical evidence supported Anne’s claim that the baby was stillborn. It was premature, born at only 17 weeks gestation, and only nine inches long, and the midwife said she “did not believe...

A senior German Cardinal has warned that the likes of Bill Gates, George Soros and Davos Economic Forum head Klaus Schwab are using the coronavirus pandemic to force the world under “total control” of globalist “super-rich elites.” Cardinal Gerhard Ludwig Mueller, who also serves as a high ranking judge at the Vatican court, made the comments during an interview with Austria’s St. Boniface Institute. Mueller urged that “People, who sit on the throne of their wealth,” are seizing an “opportunity to push through their agenda.” The Cardinal added that the pandemic has led to “chaos” and “turmoil” in part due...

Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) was mocked by conservatives Monday evening after a hearing of the United States House Select Committee on the January 6 Attack produced text messages from former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows that showed numerous people close to then-President Donald Trump, including his son, were surprised by the Capitol riot and reached out to him to issue a statement against it — which he then did. The panel voted to recommend that the full House vote to hold Meadows in contempt of Congress and refer him for prosecution to the Department of Justice, even though...

I admit, I am fired up about this story. It strikes a nerve on so many levels – paternal, cultural, political – that a review of the intentional, race-motivated, and horrific murder could do no less. Though one need not be a parent to emotionally connect to the murder of 14-year-old Ryan Rogers, as a father I can’t help but have the idea reinforced that there are much better and stronger individuals than myself. I am not sure how any parent could restrain themselves against the monster that repeatedly stabbed my child in the face and head with a knife...

VIDEOJake Tapper went full mental jacket during his meltdown on his "State Of The Union" show. What set him off was people daring to question the official narrative he and much of the mainstream media is presenting. Tapper, who appears to be auditioning for Keith Olbermann's old slot at MSNBC, mentioned a number of names. However, one name he refrained from bringing up was Ray Epps. You also won't see the January 6 Committee as currently constituted subpoenaing Epps. However, that could change when there is an expected turnover in Congress next year and the new 1/6 Committee Chairman Jim...

Daniel Greenfield is a Shillman Journalism Fellow at the David Horowitz Freedom Center specializing in investigative reporting on the Left and Islamic terrorism. “A single, ominous question now hangs over the White House: What could possibly cause President Trump to put the interests of Russia over those of the United States?” Senator Schumer insinuated in 2018. Why is Schumer putting Russia’s interests ahead of those of the United States by blocking Nord Stream 2 sanctions on Putin’s pet pipeline into Europe? Schumer, along with a number of other top Democrats, is a beneficiary of campaign contributions from top Democrat fundraiser...

Walgreens is having a rough time on the public relations front, as incidents keep arising where they are allegedly mixing up flu shots with coronavirus vaccines. Lumber prices are above $1,000 for the first time since early summer as a hot housing market continues to drive demand. According to Markets Insider, lumber prices are up 127% from its most recent low. Note the surge in lumber futures prices back in April and May 2021 that eased. But lumber futures prices are gaining steam again. Let’s see what happens to lumber prices and new home prices if and when The Federal Reserve...

Prime Minister Viktor Orban is casting himself as the defender of traditional Hungarian values against "LGBT ideology" for the 2022 election in which his party may be vulnerable for the first time to a newly united opposition. Identity politics, especially a hardline anti-immgration line, and disarray among Orban's centrist and liberal-left rivals proved instrumental in the absolute majority won by his conservative nationalist Fidesz party in the 2018 election. But with a border fence having relegated migrants to a secondary issue, and many Hungarians now preoccupied with bread-and-butter issues including soaring pandemic-driven inflation, the opposition has come together and is...
