President Biden’s job approval rating fell to a new low in a poll released Monday — but the news was even worse for Vice President Kamala Harris. The USA Today/Suffolk University survey showed just 37.8 percent of Americans approve of Biden’s performance in office. By contrast, 59 percent of Americans disapprove of the president, whose ratings have been plunging since August.
