The FBI’s presence in Kenosha sets off a cascade of questions, all of the answers to which should trigger every alarm in the book. The Rittenhouse trial has been a marvel to watch, simply because the prosecution’s presentation of this case has been a train wreck of dumpster fires. We’ve watched as the defense has absolutely fileted almost everything the prosecution has presented, as the Judge continues to make statements that will likely benefit the defense’s case. However, a funny thing happened in the courtroom that went by even me for a bit. Here we were talking about the various videos...

This is just the beginning, America. And it’s a disastrous beginning, at that.As we reported late Friday night, frazzled House Speaker Nancy Pelosi finally scraped together enough votes to pass the bipartisan $1.2 trillion “infrastructure” bill, after Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and her fellow Squad comrades announced they would vote against the legislation.Fortunately for Pelosi and the Democrats, 13 Republicans helped push the vote over the top, as we wrote earlier. As expensive as the bill is, Democrats hope to do even more damage to America as we know it, without bipartisan support, through the reconciliation process by bypassing a Senate...

As gas prices continue to skyrocket and the feckless President of the United States continues to blame Russia and OPEC for the U.S. oil shortage he and he alone created — on purpose — on day one of his installation in the Oval Office, by killing the Keystone XL Pipeline.Joe Biden is weighing shutting down another oil pipeline, which would all but guarantee further increased fuel prices in the affected region. Two days ahead of the OPEC+ virtual meeting, US President Joe Biden is pointing fingers: “If you take a look at gas prices and you take a look at oil...

The price of pizza is soaring in the Big Apple thanks to a dyspeptic recipe of inflationary food costs, a global supply-chain crisis and national labor shortage. The sticker shock is hitting pizza-passionate Gothamites right in the gut. “It’s a little bit scary at times,” said Slone Elias, a customer at 2 Bros. Pizza on Eighth Avenue in Chelsea. “Eventually it’s going to reflect in rising food prices at every restaurant.”

Okay, we get it. Not everyone believes in Bigfoot or Sasquatch. But a lot of people do. And a lot of people have claimed to actually see the hairy ape in person. Bigfoot hunters claim that Montana is the perfect habitat for Sasquatch. With wide-open spaces and a small human population density, Bigfoot can thrive in Montana. The Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization recently compiled data of all the reported sightings of Bigfoot in the United States. Their data shows which states have the most sightings, and which states you are more likely to have a Bigfoot sighting, compared to the...

Steve Mohr, a longtime Lancaster County sportsman, recalled taking a call earlier this season — a fellow hunter was on the line, concerned about recent reports that white-tailed deer had tested positive for the coronavirus that causes COVID-19. “He wanted to know what to do,” Mohr said Thursday, explaining the hunter was unsure if he should go out and attempt to bag a buck this year. The story, Mohr said, illustrates the confusion that exists in the county's hunting community following recent news that a favorite local game species may carry the virus. “Right now the hunters are having the...

Blank ammunition has a distinctive look: a crimped or wadded tip instead of a bullet. But dummy rounds are supposed to be stand-ins for real bullets, inert but identical or nearly identical. "You know, it's the most concerning thing to me when I'm on set because they are intentionally made to look identical to a live round," Bryan Carpenter, a longtime armorer whose recent work includes USA Network’s "Queen of the South," told Fox News Digital. Depending on the manufacturing process, some have a hole in the casing. High-end dummies don’t, according to Carpenter. Santa Fe deputies said they recovered...

I found this on the AFGE website: Why isn’t AFGE filing a lawsuit against the vaccine mandate? AFGE attorneys have thoroughly evaluated the text of the executive order and any potential legal arguments for and against it. No potential arguments or avenues were ignored. However, based on the order’s express provision for exceptions required by law, along with a long line of Supreme Court and other federal cases upholding vaccinations in the interest of public health, as well as other cases foreclosing primary court jurisdiction over a federal union’s challenge to an employment-related executive order, a direct legal challenge or...

For some weeks now, Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Director Rochelle Walensky has been doubling down on demanding Americans continue wearing masks, adults and children alike, vaccinated or not. It doesn't look like Americans can expect that to change. On Friday, Walensky tweeted an "Ask An Expert" video of "Why Do I Still Need to Wear a Mask?" "The evidence is clear," Dr. Walensky insists. "Masks can help prevent the spread of COVID-19 by reducing your chance of infection by more than 80 percent." It doesn't just apply to the Wuhan coronavirus though, but the flu and even the common...

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., took to Twitter to slam Democratic strategist James Carville, and others, for blaming the party's "wokeness" for Terry McAuliffe's gubernatorial loss in Virginia, claiming that the terms is "almost exclusively used by older people." "How can news outlets even attribute words to me I didn’t say," Ocasio-Cortez questioned in a tweet, linking to a report and another tweet from ABC 13 News in Virginia which quoted the New York congresswoman as saying McAuliffe lost the race because he was not "woke" enough. "I said there are limits to trying to mobilize a campaign with a 100%...
