With Passage of $1.2 Trillion Infrastructure Bill, Democrats Tee up Massive Benefits for Illegals
Red State ^ | 11/06/2021 | Mike Miller

This is just the beginning, America. And it’s a disastrous beginning, at that.

As we reported late Friday night, frazzled House Speaker Nancy Pelosi finally scraped together enough votes to pass the bipartisan $1.2 trillion “infrastructure” bill, after Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and her fellow Squad comrades announced they would vote against the legislation.

Fortunately for Pelosi and the Democrats, 13 Republicans helped push the vote over the top, as we wrote earlier.

As expensive as the bill is, Democrats hope to do even more damage to America as we know it, without bipartisan support, through the reconciliation process by bypassing a Senate filibuster later this month.

Next up on the tee, as the Biden Border Crisis continues unabated, Democrats are eyeing Biden’s $1.75 trillion Build Back Better Act, and along with it, sweeping changes to U.S. immigration law, including amnesty for illegal immigrants. As reported by MarketWatch, lawmakers “promised” to vote on the “social and environment bill” by the week of Nov. 15. Last night’s vote was a major step in that direction.

The socialists’ $1.75 trillion spending dream addresses a wide range of pet issues, the majority of which have zero to do with infrastructure. Buried deep in the bill are, as Just the News described, “a series of provisions which, if signed into law, would amount to a windfall for illegal immigrants.”

Build Back Better includes provisions that incentivize illegal immigration using BILLIONS of taxpayer dollars.

I joined @RepChipRoy and Republican reps from all 4 of the SW Border states to demand my Democrat colleagues remove these detrimental policies. https://t.co/sZQTnvOUe5

Many of the provisions would affect significant changes in the U.S. immigration system — funded by taxpayers. Speaking of which, as we reported on Friday, a new study by the Wharton School of Business destroyed Biden’s nonsensical claim that his “Build Back Better” plan would cost taxpayers “zero dollars” and add “zero dollars” to the national debt. On the contrary, it would potentially increase new spending by $3.98 trillion — while revenue would only increase by $1.56 trillion.

Amnesty for millions of illegal aliens?

Having been twice rebuffed in their effort to include amnesty in the bill — a so-called “path to citizenship” for millions of illegal aliens — House Democrats finally unveiled “Plan C,” as noted by Just the News, which relies on a process known as advance parole to protect illegal immigrants from deportation and grant them the ability to obtain work permits.

Advance parole would waive immigration requirements for illegals who have been living in the U.S. before 2011, and beneficiaries of the change could then apply for a five-year extension.

Illegal aliens in the country prior to Jan. 1, 2011, could be given up to 10 years of work authorization. According to the Center for American Progress, this would benefit more than seven million illegal immigrants; which the Democrat Party, of course, sees as nothing more than seven million potential Democrat voters.

Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-NY), chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, was pleased with Friday’s agreement, describing it as the Democrats’ “best option for getting past the parliamentarian.” Fighting for “you,” America.

But there’s more.

Right after the House opened for session this morning, we blasted the Biden Administration’s crazy plan to pay illegal aliens for entering our country – then moved to ADJOURN to try to stop the vote on the Democrats Big Gov’t Socialist scam bills. Votes are being recorded now… pic.twitter.com/wH2wmxKpOK

— Rep. Mike Johnson (@RepMikeJohnson) November 5, 2021

Robert Law, director of regulatory affairs and policy for the Center for Immigration Studies, as transcribed by Just the News, sees the Democrat scheme for what it is — more than just amnesty for illegals.

“Through ‘Build Back Better,’ Democrats are trying to give some form of amnesty to millions of illegal aliens, make illegal alien students eligible for subsidized in-state tuition, and make illegal alien children eligible for tax credits that used to be limited to American children.”

Current law, according to Mr. Law, prohibits “undocumented” students from being granted in-state tuition unless U.S. citizens are offered the same rate regardless of where they’re from. But Biden’s Build Back Better Act would strike this provision, meaning an illegal alien in Virginia, for example, would pay less to attend the University of Virginia than a U.S. citizen from Maryland.

The Democrat objective is to grant in-state tuition to illegal aliens without restrictions.

In addition, noted Just for News, Democrats also want to eliminate social security number requirements, which are currently used to prove eligibility for child tax credits. If passed, the change would provide roughly a million illegal alien children with such benefits.

Here are two other provisions with massive implications, as noted by Just the News:

Oops — I almost forgot.

Here’s how much money the Build Back Better Act includes for enhancing border security:

ZERO.

Every leech, parasite and blood sucking scavenger will benefit from this bill, and they’re not all elected to office either!

Much if this money will go to shell companies that appear to fit the bill. What they actually do is kick a lot of the money back to the politicians and the communist democrat groups, and co-conspirators who are on a quest to destroy America via Gramsci tactics.

The money isn’t FOR Americans. It is payoffs for dem supporters. You don’t really think the money comes from the money givers without getting it back do you? Teachers Unions do the same thing. They get money from all taxpayers and them give it in contributions to the dems running for office. Pretty slick.

supposedly only 5500 billion needs new funding. The rest will be funded by repositioned funds.

Hey everyone don’t forget a few days ago this was going nowhere. Then the GOP stepped up to the plate to assist the Democrats to get this monstrosity passed. The GOP Representatives need to get primaried. If each of us gave $5 or $10 to every challenger we could get this settled in the primaries.

By the way… welcome to FreeRepublic! If you are a gov goon…welcome anyway… you might learn something. We don’t believe in burning things down…we believe in rights through the Guarantees in our Bill of Rights and Constitution recognizing our rights as God given. Yes we will defend these rights, but our first action is NOT to burn things down. That would be your socialist commie friends in BLM and Antifa.

This is the country my family has shed blood for since 1776. God spare us the shame of seeing these traitors take it without shedding blood of their own.

You mean before or after your job is given to an H1B visa holder, before or after your power goes out because this “green” crap froze in the winter time? I am watching the betrayal of the American working class. They have literally at this moment, a nominee to regulate our banks who graduated from Moscow State U in 1989. Not Communist enough for you? And the “free and the brave” just sit here on our thumbs and watch and complain as the country is flushed irrevocably down the toilet. Remember Obamacare? Remember how the Red Wave of 2010 promised to repeal it? Remember how it never was repealed, and how it ratf***ed our healthcare? They are perfectly fine sacrificing their own to primaries and elections, to get in legislation that will have lasting, irreversable effects on this country and will not be possible to repeal. And we are watching it happen. This crap passing means an extremely different American 10 years from now. And not a better one.

I ain’t looking to recruit or incite shit. I am sitting here like everyone else. And watching a free people go down without a whimper. November of next year will be too late. Just like November 2010 will be too late. They’ll take the massive hit that they know is coming next year. And then they’ll dig in and play defense, prevent any of this horror show being repealed as economic violence is waged on American citizens, and then when they take power again, which they will inevitably, they’ll take even more outrageous steps.

I always hear about 1 child and 1 mother getting $450,000 each. What if the mother has 3 children and THEY are all traumatized too. THAT would be almost $2 million. Is there a limit? AND do you really think that more will not sign up after this is decided? Even people from other countries that have n=been here for years will claim they deserve to be paid. Those that have been here for years will add their kids to some other family to get a part of the money.
