Investigators are reviewing body-camera videos from immigration agents in the fatal shooting of Alex Jeffrey Pretti, a Department of Homeland Security spokesperson confirmed to NBC News.
Homeland Security investigators have videos recorded by cameras worn by multiple agents, department spokeswoman Tricia McLaughlin said.

So accusations that ICE is not wearing body cams to avoid responsible conduct are more BS.
And there is no reason to keep secrets. The man put himself in a potentially deadly situation, assaulted officers while resisting. The onus is on Petit.

Admin isn’t rounding up employers who hired and supported the illegals in mass. Kinda like going after the drug users without going after the suppliers. Entire ecosystem of fraud needs to be shut down.
I read this morning that it shows that the confiscated gun went off in the act of confiscation and that is what triggered the response of gunfire.
Pretti effectively committed suicide by injecting himself into a confrontation with armed law enforcement, while being armed himself.

I’m sure the body cam footage will be made public. If the officers screwed up, well, that unfortunately happens. If the wonderful nurse had not decided to carry his Sig when he went out to obstruct and interfere with federal agents doing their jobs it wouldn’t have happened to him.
Truly the essence of FAFO.
These people get up one day thinking it’s their duty to go interfere with ICE, but none of them ever consider that it is inherently risky and could cost them their life.
I forgot another important factor, lack of assistance from local police in crowd control, sharing information and making arrests easier.
