In case you’ve not heard, the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) has mobilized against a new and unprecedented “threat” of “criminal conduct” facing the nation. So grave is this menace that the FBI has marshaled the National Threat Operations Center (NTOC), the DOJ’s Criminal Division, National Security Division, Civil Rights Division, the Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys, the FBI, the Community Relations Service, and the Office of Justice Programs. What’s provoked such a massive federal response? Is it the mass infiltration of our southern borders, Cartel criminal enterprises, child-sex traffickers, Antifa-inspired riots in our inner cities, or the biggest...

Our current secretary of the Treasury, Janet Yellen, is busy trying to find a way to tax wealth without calling it taxing wealth. She has eyes on taxing unrealized capital gains. What this means simply is taxing people for money they have not earned or received. That's it in a nutshell. That definition should leave even those who have never had a course in accounting or finance shaken. Not only is Janet Yellen considering this, but the Democrat party is on board as well. Democrats claim that it is needed in order to pay for their agenda. You know —...

China has restricted the construction of extremely tall skyscrapers in smaller cities as part of a crackdown on wasteful vanity projects by local governments. Without special approval, cities with populations of less than 3 million must not build skyscrapers taller than 150m, and cities with larger populations must not construct buildings higher than 250m, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development said on Tuesday (Oct 26). SNIP While China acknowledges that high-rise buildings promote more intensive use of land resources, it is increasingly concerned that local officials are blindly pursuing construction with little attention to practicality and safety.

Taiwan has “no right to join the United Nations”, a Beijing official said Wednesday, after US Secretary of State Antony Blinken urged greater inclusion of the self-governing island in UN institutions. The response came after Blinken – in a statement marking 50 years since the UN General Assembly voted to seat Beijing and boot out Taipei – regretted that Taiwan had increasingly been excluded on the world stage. “The UN is an international governmental organisation composed of sovereign states,” said Ma Xiaoguang, spokesman for the Taiwan Affairs Office in Beijing at a regular briefing, adding: “Taiwan is a part of...

A Republican lawmaker this week introduced a measure to force all federal agencies to relocate out of the Washington, D.C., area, saying it would help incorporate more perspectives into federal policymaking. The 2021 Drain the Swamp Act (H.R. 5712), put forward by Rep. Warren Davidson, R-Ohio, would require all federal agencies to submit a plan within one year to move their headquarters out of Washington. The Office of Management and Budget and General Services Administration would have to approve the plans, which would be implemented by September 2026. Under the new restrictions, only 10% of an agency's workforce could remain...

BILLINGS, Mont. -- President Joe Biden's administration announced Tuesday plans to cancel two environmental rollbacks under former President Donald Trump that limited habitat protections for imperiled plants and wildlife. The proposal to drop the two Trump-era rules by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and National Marine Fisheries Service is part of a broad effort by the Biden administration to undo regulations that Democrats and wildlife advocates say favored industry over the environment.... ...The rule changes under Trump were finalized during his last weeks in office, meaning they've had little time to make a significant impact... One allows the government...

Will he? Won't he? Is there a possibility he might? Or perhaps he won't? What seems to be his latest attitude? Welcome to the absurdly obsessive world of Politico reading the Senator Joe Manchin tea leaves trying to find a clue as to how the Reconciliation bill negotiations are going. The latest example of Politico microanalyzing Manchin came on Monday This obsession was reflected in at least SEVENTEEN (17) Politico stories featuring Manchin in one day. It's almost as if they're a staff full of Democrats who are deeply invested in the belief that the rise or fall of the Party...

Dr. Anthony Fauci’s National Institutes of Health (NIH) approved drug trial experiments on hundreds of AIDS orphans in New York City. Over 200 of the orphans died during or after the experiments, according to Liam Scheff, the investigative reporter who broke the story. The Incarnation Children’s Center (ICC) “began testing drugs on its orphan population in 1992, the same year they became a subsidiary of Columbia University’s Pediatric AIDS Clinical Trial Unit, under Dr. Anne Gershon,” Scheff noted. “In 2003, I went undercover inside the facility and saw the effects of the drugs on the children myself.” Scheff broke the...

The tacit premise of Wokeness is that minorities are intellectually deficient and hopelessly oppressed by everything around them (thanks to the inherent racism of all White people and the irredeemably xenophobic the institutions that they created). The problem with calling Wokeness an anti-racism movement is self-evident. Black, Brown, Red, and Yellow people are not dumber than White people. Some of my favorite brainy individuals could never be mistaken for a White Supremacists (except maybe by the delusional NPR). Moreover, of all the minorities I've known and befriended during my lifetime, not a single one has ever expressed any belief that...

Over seven in 10 people in the Netherlands think the government should bring in specific measures to deal with the number of people who have not been vaccinated against coronavirus, according to a poll of 28,000 people by television current affairs show EenVandaag. Some 60% of those polled said that people who have not been vaccinated should pay for the tests they need to take to access bars and restaurants themselves, EenVandaag found. The tests are currently free. The government is due to announce next Tuesday what it plans to do to cope with the rise in coronavirus cases and...

Crew members had gone ”plinking“ and returned the gun to the set, an insider tells TheWrap The gun that killed “Rust” cinematographer Halyna Hutchins last Thursday was used by crew members that morning for live-ammunition target practice, an individual with knowledge of the set told TheWrap. A number of crew members had taken prop guns from the New Mexico set of the indie Western — including the gun that killed Hutchins — to go “plinking,” a hobby in which people shoot at beer cans with live ammunition to pass the time, the insider said. The shooting happened just a few...

Prince Andrew’s lawyer asked a New York judge Tuesday to keep sealed a 2009 legal agreement that he says can protect the prince against a lawsuit's claims that he sexually assaulted an American woman when she was under 18. The request was made in court papers in Manhattan federal court, where U.S. District Judge Lewis A. Kaplan is presiding over an August lawsuit filed on behalf of Virginia Giuffre. The lawsuit said the prince abused her on multiple occasions in 2001 when she was 17 and a minor under U.S. law. Attorney Andrew Brettler, representing Andrew, said he is preparing...

A second recall effort launched against San Francisco District Attorney Chesa Boudin demonstrates how residents are "fed up" with his progressive policies, as his push to reduce jail funding and refusal to prosecute repeat offenders ensures the streets remain marred with open-air drug dealing and violent crime now stretching into the suburbs, a leader of the prominent local police union tells Fox News. Last week, the first Republican-backed recall effort fell just 1,714 signatures short of the 51,325 required to trigger a special election to bring the question of ousting Boudin before voters. Now a second recall effort is being...

West Virginia Democratic Senator Joe Manchin said he is asked 'every day' about switching to the GOP. When asked on Tuesday if he thinks it would be easier if he just 'shifted to being a Republican' the senator replied: 'Oh, it would be much easier, my goodness.' In an interview with billionaire David Rubenstein at a breakfast event for The Economic Club Manchin said: 'What I'm telling you now is who I am. Do you think by having a "D" or an "I" or an "R" is going to change who I am?'

Parents have demanded that a Virginia superintendent and school board resign after accusing them of lying to cover up an alleged sexual assault in order to push their pro-transgender policies. At a Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) board meeting on Tuesday enraged parents cited an email that surfaced last week where Superintendent Scott Ziegler reported an alleged sexual assault in the girls' bathroom. The email, which was sent on May 28, 2021, contradicted a statement Ziegler made the month before when he publicly said that he had no record of bathroom assaults.
