What ‘wokeness’ really means

The tacit premise of Wokeness is that minorities are intellectually deficient and hopelessly oppressed by everything around them (thanks to the inherent racism of all White people and the irredeemably xenophobic the institutions that they created).

The problem with calling Wokeness an anti-racism movement is self-evident. Black, Brown, Red, and Yellow people are not dumber than White people. Some of my favorite brainy individuals could never be mistaken for a White Supremacists (except maybe by the delusional NPR). Moreover, of all the minorities I've known and befriended during my lifetime, not a single one has ever expressed any belief that Whitey is on the hunt for them, rigging everything from Math to English against them. I'm the type to specifically ask questions like:

"Hey, Bro... with all the talk of racism everywhere, do you feel like your life is consumed by White folks oppressing you at every turn?"

Let's look at an average intelligence of the populace first, and then note the departure from that average toward the up side. I'll bet there are many more people who sit below halfway up from the average than there would be above that level, but I'm not sure whether anyone can be "blame" for it or not. Probably not...However, I'm inclined to suggest that those who feel oppressed by their dumb luck adopt a less defeatist attitude towards life because otherwise, they'll never be able to overcome the gravity of their situations and their luck will probably just get progressively worse as time goes on. That's the way it's always been and it seems to also be true of the "animal kingdom". Some people have to try harder than others and those who seem to make things look easy can't help it if they've been much luckier, and a lot of it has to do with how you handle your luck, whether it's good or bad.

woke and wokeness is simply the latest effectual ploy in fundamentally transforming America into an uneducated and weak socio/political/military entity.

How could so much of our history be removed from common sight (statues) with nary a push back ?

The citizenry was intellectually stunned by an enemy attack and just stoood there ....
They (we), had no "tools" to withstand the psychological assault and just wished it was over . .

And soon enough ... it was.

Instead of bringing attention to the positives - all the successes, all the progress - Democrats talk about negatives. Otherwise, they might not win as many elections. They must convince groups of people that they are oppressed, that Republicans want to continue this oppression, and that Democrats can save them from this oppression. If you point out the positives about a group of people, the Democrats quickly point out the negatives. In that way, Democrats continue to perpetuate the very negative stereotypes they claim to oppose. Democrats need those negative stereotypes to persist so that they can win elections.

Yes, Democrat politicians are evil, but very manipulative. They are clever liars. Many of them might even believe their own lies. Then Republicans (sorry to say) react defensively to every Democrat lie and play right into Democrat hands. Again and again.
