The Trudeau government says a memo circulating on social media telling public servants to stop using a code phrase for telling off Joe Biden is fake. An image of the hoax memo, dated Oct. 14, 2021, warns employees not to use unapproved and offensive wording in email signatures — specifically warning not to use the phrase “Let’s Go Brandon.” “Let’s Go Brandon” burst onto the American political scene two weeks ago when NASCAR fans began chanting, “F*** Joe Biden” as race winner Brandon Brown was being interviewed. The interviewer stated that the crowd was chanting “Let’s Go Brandon” and the...

A Catholic bishop called on Tuesday for greater recognition of the last rites as an “emergency service” in the wake of the killing of British lawmaker Sir David Amess. Bishop Mark Davies of Shrewsbury, western England, made the appeal on Oct. 19 after police reportedly turned away a priest who sought to administer the last rites to the Catholic Member of Parliament at the scene of the attack in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex. “Every Catholic Christian hopes to receive the Sacraments and be accompanied by the prayer of the Church in the final crisis of our lives,” Davies said. “Every believing Catholic...

There are suggestions that hundreds of Anglican churches could face closure by 2026 as part of proposed plans by the Church of England. A report by the Church Commissioners, who manage the Church's investments, shows up to 368 church buildings could be at risk within the next two to five years. This figure comes from a diocesan survey which asked for estimates on the number of closures a diocese might bring forward in a two to five year period. It found that 12 dioceses were considering up to five closures, nine were planning between six and 12 closures, and five...

‘WELCOME TO CANADA, WHERE THEY PADLOCK THE CHURCH ON THANKSGIVING,’ pastor Phil Hutchings wrote after his associate’s arrest on Thanksgiving for allegedly violating strict COVID measures.SAINT JOHN, New Brunswick (LifeSiteNews) – During a Thanksgiving church service this Sunday, New Brunswick police officers and health officials arrested a pastor and padlocked the church being used, citing that the number of attendees at the service exceeded the so-called COVID-19 “health limit.” On Sunday, New Brunswick (NB) police officers and health officials detained associate pastor Cody Butler at His Tabernacle Family Church in Saint John for holding a Thanksgiving worship service that exceeded...

Finally! The Russian Orthodox Church has announced a day of commemoration “for all Orthodox Christians who suffered at the hands of the godless Soviet authorities”. According to sources close to the Holy Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church, “the hierarchs resolved to establish October 30 as a day of special commemoration for all those who were innocently killed or imprisoned” during the years of Soviet rule. This is significant in my estimation. For one thing, the language used –i.e. “godless Soviet authorities–is quite bold. It indicates that the Church is now mature enough to call a spade a spade. It...

I'm looking for a simple explanation of what is causing this backlog of container ships off the California coast. I've been seeing a wide ranges of reasons including: A) environmental California trucking regulations from the California Air Resources Board which mandates all trucks must be 2011 or newer. B) CA law AB-5 which bans bans owner operators which was aimed at Uber and Lyft drivers but encompassed and banned almost all freelance jobs. C) Biden/Newsom vaccine mandates. Is it a combination of all of this and or some other factors? Democrats talk about a lack of truck drivers but why...

U.S.—According to sources, your wife threw away an incredibly specific adapter cable you've been lovingly preserving for over 7 years, right before you found the perfect use for it. Sad! "Honey!" you called across the house. "Have you seen my USB 2.0 Type-B to USB 3.0 Type B-Micro adapter? I've been saving it in this box for such a time as this!" "I'm sorry, my dear husband," the ignorant wife replied, unaware she was about to utter the very words that would pierce you to your soul. "I threw that thing away just yesterday." "Noooo!" you replied. "HOW COULD YOU?...

Three aging Air Force veterans came to Washington, D.C., on Tuesday to again tell their strange and extraordinary stories. A fourth veteran was piped into the National Press Club conference by video feed from the Ozark Mountains in Missouri. Each veteran's story is different, but all share one central claim: In the 1960s, UFOs tampered with nuclear weapons managed by the Air Force, both terrifying and mystifying the airmen who experienced the encounters. Some remained silent for decades, they say. And none has captured the attention of Washington, even as reports of Navy encounters with unknown flying objects have splashed...

The expanding energy crisis is causing propane to rocket higher (read: here) as supplies dwindle to below seasonal levels as research firm IHS Markit Ltd. warns of “armageddon” during the Northern Hemisphere winter. IHS analyst Edgar Ang told attendees during a virtual presentation on Tuesday that US propane inventories are at a record low and will be extremely tight as cold weather is ahead. Mean temperatures in the Lower US 48 are expected to dip into the 60-55F range through the end of this month. Heating degree days are set to soar by month end, suggesting the heating season has...

The Supreme Court on Tuesday refused to hear an emergency appeal of vaccine requirements for Maine health care workers. The high court has previously rejected a challenge to a vaccine mandate for New York City teachers. Vaccine mandates have been challenged across the country over the pandemic. The US Supreme Court on Tuesday refused to stop a state-imposed COVID-19 vaccine mandate for health care workers in Maine that's expected to take effect next week. The high court declined to hear an emergency appeal of the Maine vaccine requirement. The order was handed down by Justice Stephen Breyer, a Democratic appointee...

An opinion piece published in The Washington Post encourages Americans to not “rant” about the supply chain crisis and other economic troubles. As dozens of cargo ships coming from Asia remain stranded off the coast of California, social media users have been posting images of empty store shelves and expressing frustration that they are unable to make formerly routine purchases. However, Micheline Maynard — an author and contributing columnist for The Washington Post — told readers to not complain about the phenomenon. Across the country, Americans’ expectations of speedy service and easy access to consumer products have been crushed like...

As Life Site News reported, Malone invented mRNA jabs in the 1980s after discovering RNA transfection at the Salk Institute in San Diego. However, the inventor of the mRNA shots is now warning the public about the threats they pose, and for that he is being heavily censored.Summit News reported on recent comments from Malone, who was called a “terrorist” by Italian...

Virginia’s Democratic gubernatorial candidate Terry McAuliffe is trying to clarify a previous comment, in which he said that parents should not tell schools what to teach. The comment in question came on Sept. 28 during the final debate before the upcoming Nov. 2 election. When Republican candidate Glenn Youngkin pointed out that McAuliffe in 2016 vetoed a bill which would have given parents more control over what kind of books their kids are exposed to at school, the former governor responded that parents shouldn’t have “the right to veto books.” “I’m not going to let parents come into schools and...
