With Joe Biden, Kamala Harris and the Democrats in control of Washington, D.C, America has quickly gone from first to last. Unfortunately but predictably, Georgia’s radical Democratic U.S. Senator Raphael Warnock (D) has enabled this steep decline. Radical Raphael Warnock has been the deciding vote for Joe Biden’s America-Last agenda in the United States Senate. With Warnock’s help, Biden and Democrats are on track to spend more than $6 trillion of our taxpayer dollars on every socialist wish list item under the sun, causing massive inflation and wrecking our economy in the process. The Democrats want to implement socialism, amnesty...

Here’s the latest word from the most transparent administration ever:Pentagon will not release names of the 2 ‘high-profile’ ISIS planners killed in single U.S. drone strike: Kirby— Lucas Tomlinson (@LucasFoxNews) August 28, 2021Simple question: Why?At this point, the Pentagon is best known for publicly downplaying the threat the Taliban posed for taking over all of Afghanistan, and for greenlighting closing its largest operational base in Central Asia. It’s still purging competent minds but retaining and encouraging its woke drones. Gen. Mark Milley, the 21st-century version of Gen. Custer, still has a job.Biden has lied, or remains unaware, about the fact...

As Joe Biden fubars his way through the Afghanistan evacuation, mumbling through press briefings like a drunken stroke victim, leftists are trying ever more desperately to steer America’s attention to something other than Biden wetting himself at the presidential podium. Invariably, that “something else” is January 6.Pelosi found a BLM-loving Capitol cop who was willing to testify about January 6 and squirt tears when recalling how Trumpsters, “called him racists names.”A few weeks later, bootlicker Lester Holt gave a softball interview to Capitol Police Lt. Michael Byrd, who vaingloriously claimed he “saved countless lives” when he fired his gun through...

Earlier:The Archdiocese of Chicago this week announced all employees and clergy will be required to get vaccinated against COVID-19. While people will have an opportunity to request a medical exemption, religious objections will not be considered. The archdiocese and its agencies, including Catholic Charities and Misericordia, join...

A woman who cradled a baby in her arms at the airport and posted on social media that she loved her job. A young husband with a child on the way. Another man who always wanted to be in the military. A man who planned to become a sheriff’s deputy when his deployment ended. Heart-wrenching details have emerged about some of the 13 US troops killed in a horrific suicide bombing at Afghanistan’s Kabul airport, which also claimed the lives of more than 160 Afghans. Eleven Marines, one Navy sailor and one Army soldier were among the dead, while 18...

In my part of New England, the governors of several states including Connecticut Massachusetts and I believe Rhode Island, have all said they refuse to issue state wide mask mandates and have generally found ways to leave it up to the various municipalities to implement if they want to. Unlike in April/May 2020 when mandates were Announced it seemed that you had anywhere from 5 to 10 days from announcement to Implementation. So far, several towns in my area have Implemented their own mandates with 12 hours, sometimes even less notice. For example, one town posted the mandate at approximately...

Pakistani troops opened fire on a group of Afghan civilians attempting to cross into Pakistan from Afghanistan on Friday, killing at least six people, Pajhwok Afghan News reported. The incident reportedly occurred at the Torkham border crossing, a major trade and travel corridor linking Afghanistan and Pakistan. Torkham is the name of the Pakistani city on the eastern side of the border crossing, while the western side of the port pertains to the Afghan province of Nangarhar. An unknown number of Pakistani soldiers “opened fire” on an unknown number of Afghan civilians at Torkham on August 27 “when they rushed...

Pope Francis laments that hypocrisy damages Church unityDuring his general audience on August 25th, Pope Francis spoke of how hypocritical behavior damages Church unity.“Hypocrisy in the Church is particularly detestable, and unfortunately there is hypocrisy in the Church, and there are many hypocritical Christians and ministers,” said the bishop of Rome. The pontiff went on to say, “And let us not be afraid to be truthful, to speak the truth, to hear the truth, to conform ourselves to the truth, so we can love. A hypocrite does not know how to love. To act otherwise means jeopardizing the unity of the...

[Catholic Caucus] French Catholics to Pope Francis: “Don’t touch our Latin Mass!”For the Freedom of the Traditional MassSeventh peaceful demonstration in front of the apostolic nunciature in FranceMore than 70 persons gathered together this Saturday August 28 in front of the apostolic nunciature in Paris, avenue du Président Wilson, from 12 to 1 p.m. Indeed, as the end of the holidays approaches, concern is growing among those who attend the traditional liturgy. It is true that the bishops of France have been preaching appeasement and, in a number of dioceses, everything should remain as it is. The Archbishop of Dijon...

I’ve been silent for a while. I’ve been silent about Afghanistan for longer. But too many things are going unsaid. I won’t try to evoke the emotions, somehow both swirling and yet leaden: the grief, the anger, the sense of futility. Instead, as so often before, I will use my mind to shield my heart. And in the process, perhaps help you make some sense of what has happened. For those of you who don’t know me, here is my background — the perspective from which I write tonight. I covered the fall of the Taliban for NPR, making my...

An Air Force veteran who owns three upstate New York properties has been forced to live in her car because her tenants have refused to pay rent thanks to the eviction moratorium. Brandie LaCasse told CBS News that she has been living at friends’ homes and out of her car with her young daughter. She said she is owed more than $23,000 in unpaid rent but cannot force her tenants to pay or leave because of federal and state moratoriums on evictions. “I’ve cried many nights, like thinking, ‘Where’s my money?'” the single mom said. “I don’t understand how they...

The events of the past two weeks in Afghanistan, have simultaneously cast a dark shadow over the West, while at the same time they have enflamed and rejuvenated the ardent zeal of the Muslim World. Obviously the Western world is staggering at the spectacle of ineptitude displayed by the Biden administration, which has cost the lives of soldiers, civilians, and has turned billions of dollars of top notch weapons over to the Taliban, virtually ensuring their fanatical and tyrannical rule over the nation we had spent twenty years, and thousands of lives seeking to improve the lives of Afghans. I...

Pray For the Peace of JerusalemPsalm 149 1 Praise the Lord.[a] Sing to the Lord a new song, his praise in the assembly of his faithful people. 2 Let Israel rejoice in their Maker; let the people of Zion be glad in their King. 3 Let them praise his name with dancing and make music to him with timbrel and harp. 4 For the Lord takes delight in his people; he crowns the humble with victory. 5 Let his faithful people rejoice in this honor and sing for joy on their beds. 6 May the praise of God be in...

My Jewish father was an old country lawyer who believed deeply in fairness and justice for all living people, so I was curious what he thought about the Nazis. It was spring of 1977, and the American Nazi Party had announced their intention to hold a July 4th rally in the town of Skokie, a predominantly Jewish community in Illinois. Not surprisingly, the town of Skokie had sought an injunction to ban the rally, and the Nazis had, ironically, sought the help of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) to fight the injunction. The subject at the family dinner table...

At a time when US forces scramble to wind down evacuation efforts in Afghanistan, one of the most crucial resources that stranded American citizens have relied on to guide them safely to their evacuation flights was unavailable for several hours. The US Embassy in Kabul operates an ‘alert page‘ that provides status updates about the evacuation efforts and also details ways for those who are trapped behind enemy lines to reach the airport. On Saturday morning, visitors to the page were met by a “404 Error – Page Not Found.”

"AND LO, I AM WITH YOU ALWAYS" Matthew 28:20 One morning I stood on the bluffs overlooking the coast at Camp Pendleton. I spied an amphibious naval vessel just off shore. As I stood watching, it came into full view, then disappeared as the early morning fog came and went. The ship was always there, but it was only visible part of the time. It spoke to me of the reality of God's presence. The truth is God is always there, but our changing moods affect our ability to see. It's good days and bad days again, or would...

....What that ignores is that you need intelligence to know where to strike, and that’s going to become almost impossible to come by in Afghanistan. Further, notice where the strike happened. Nangarhar Province is an eastern area of Afghanistan along the Pakistani border, far away from where the Taliban are primarily amassed. While we know there are thousands of ISIS fighters in and around Kabul, we chose to hit a single person in the middle of nowhere who is only described as a “planner.” Given this administration’s constant lies about the situation, I’m going to require more than that before...
