It is Time to End Compulsory Public Education. . What is mandated public education but enslavement of the young? The State is teaching second graders “restorative justice.”. High schoolers are instructed that their families “reinforce racist/homophobic prejudices.” Government officials – teachers and school board members – are targeting parents for their opposition to the teachings of critical race theory. And we grovel to the State, begging them to make it stop. This is not the profile of a free people. The fight against the government’s efforts to teach and promote evil will always exist as long as there are public...

The United States and Germany want to compensate Ukraine for losses after the launch of the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline, Bloomberg reports citing sources. The agreement, which some officials hope to have ready for Chancellor Angela Merkel’s visit to Washington next month, could see the countries commit to bolstering Ukrainian infrastructure and compensating it for transit fees that will be lost because the pipeline bypasses the country. Germany may also commit to supporting the “Three Seas” plan to boost Eastern European cooperation on energy and transportation. Possible options for a deal were spelled out by several people familiar with...

Superconductors are highly desirable, especially when it comes to reducing energy consumption. They show quantum properties on the scale of ordinary items. This makes them exciting candidates for building computers that use quantum physics. However, qubits, the elementary units of quantum computers, are extremely sensitive. When contact electromagnetic fields, heat, and collisions with air molecules, qubits lose their quantum properties. The addition of more resilient qubits using topological superconductors can protect qubits from losing their properties. In a new study, scientists led by Kent and the STFC Rutherford Appleton Laboratory have reported about the discovery of a new rare topological...

These polymer, striker-fired handguns might not be Glocks, but they still go bang when you pull the triggerThe Glock 17 was introduced to the world in 1982. Though many questioned the pistol’s polymer frame and hammerless fire control system, it has become the most recognized and popular defensive handgun worldwide. It also spawned a plethora of copies. The Glock’s straightforward utilitarian style, combined with its reliability and ruggedness, has made it a favorite of law enforcement and armed civilians. But with the prices of some Glocks now between $700 and $800, they are more expensive than they’ve ever been. Because of...

...“I find this outrageous. Facebook banned any post for four months about COVID coming from a lab,” the comedian began, adding, “Now, even the Biden administration is looking into it.”... Facebook was not the only big tech giant Maher criticized. Maher slammed Google over allegations of manipulating search results to prefer what the company considered “authoritative” sources.... He then criticized YouTube for allegedly censoring information related to ivermectin saying, “Ivermectin is not a registered Republican. It’s a drug!”

There has been a sharp increase in parents bringing their children to NHS emergency rooms with mild illnesses and fevers because they are unused to seeing their children sick after more than a year of lockdowns. Several hospitals have noted that parents are circumventing GPs and National Health Service (NHS) telephone services by taking their young offspring to hospitals seeking immediate help, including parents of children who were born during the lockdown and may never have seen their child ill before. As society begins to reopen and children begin mixing again either at play or in school, there has been...

World Health Organization (WHO) officials stressed Friday the need for fully vaccinated people to “continue to be appropriately cautious” and keep up with social distancing measures like mask wearing as the highly infectious Delta variant of the coronavirus becomes increasingly dominant in the U.S. and spurs new Covid-19 surges around the world—including in highly vaccinated countries.

The following article, Russia Calls America a ‘Liberal Totalitarian State’ with a ‘Monopoly on the Media’ and ‘Irremovability of Oligarchic Elites’, was first published on Big League Politics. Russian authorities have issued a blistering critique of the failing U.S. regime under President-imposed Joe Biden, suggesting that America is guilty of all the sins they try to project on their opposing regimes abroad. “It is astonishing to see how the West is trying to divide our diverse world into two completely artificial camps – a supposedly democratic one and a supposedly authoritarian one,” Russian Director of the Foreign Intelligence Service Sergey...

Woke Won’t Win Wars If you had the good fortune to stay away from the news this past week then you missed the sad spectacle of the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff going all in on critical race theory (CRT) like some fey, woke academic. Not very long ago, it seemed that the last thing we would have to worry about would be the United States military going the way of commie academia. Welcome to Joe Freakin’ Biden’s America, boys and girls. This trend towards woke sentiments among the higher ranks of the military is disturbing for any...

A study published this week claims that serological data points to the conclusion that SARS-Cov-2 was circulating much more widely in the U.S. than was thought last summer, with tens of millions of cases going undetected even as late as mid-July of last year. The study, published in Science Translational Medicine, looked at blood samples collected between May and July of last year, measuring their seropositivity for antibodies to the SARS-Cov-2 virus. “These data indicate that there were 4.8 undiagnosed SARS-CoV-2 infections for every diagnosed case of COVID-19....

The corona crisis might be over, but all over Israel adults and children are getting sick with viral infections in a phenomenon that is unprecedented for this time of the year, according to several medical professionals. “We have never seen anything like this,” said Dr. Tal Brosh, head of Infectious Disease Unit at the Samson Assuta Ashdod Hospital. “We’ve been monitoring viral infections in the hospital, which of course is just the tip of the iceberg of what is going on in the community, as for each hospitalized patient, there are many more out there. Fox News contributor and investigative reporter Sara Carter joined "Hannity" Thursday in an exclusive report to discuss how sex trafficking operations have exploited migrant women at the U.S. southern border. "We're talking about children as young as eight years old, sold into prostitution. It's just horrific," Carter said. "Across the globe, more than 25 million people are subjected to human trafficking and slavery. In the United States, it's tens of thousands," she continued. "When you think about the number of people coming across the border and flooding into our cities, those that we don't even know … even those that...

What is Bolivia worried about? Perhaps the 25,000% hyperinflationary evaporation of the peso in the '80s has left a deep scarring on the South American countries lawmakers. In 2018, The Bolivian Central Bank (BCB) took the administrative measure to suspend the sale of dollars in order to maintain its peg to the dollar. And in doing so, the BCB has been forced to puke away its reserves (now at their lowest level) since 2007. Source: Bloomberg All of which is why, as Bloomberg reports, Bolivian lawmakers are debating a bill that would require all gold produced in the country to...

“Then they approached and spoke before the king about the king’s injunction, ‘Did you not sign an injunction that any man who makes a petition to any god or man besides you, O king, for thirty days, is to be cast into the lions’ den?’ The king answered and said, ‘The statement is true, according to the law of the Medes and Persians, which may not be revoked.’ Then they answered and spoke before the king, ‘Daniel, who is one of the exiles from Judah, pays no attention to you, O king, or to the injunction which you signed, but...
