I don’t begrudge anyone their success and couldn’t care less how much money someone has. But our culture puts people who have a lot of money on a pedestal more for having a lot of money and less for how they got it or what they do with it. More often than not, what they do with it is, quite frankly, stupid. “A fool and his money are soon parted,” as the saying goes. But sometimes a fool has so much money that there’s nothing they can do to be parted from all of it, which frees those people up...

Liberty-minded pastor and small-business owner Jackson Lahmeyer of Oklahoma has had enough of Big Government overreach, so now he is taking on RINO Republican James Lankford in the competitive race for one of Oklahoma’s U.S. Senate seats. Citing a very low score on The New American magazine’s Freedom Index (35 out of 100) and his support for the terrorist group Black Lives Matter, Lahmeyer told TNA Senior Editor Alex Newman that Oklahoma deserves better. If elected, Lahmeyer, who does not come from a political background, promised to defend the Constitution, state sovereignty, and more. He is also encouraging and supporting...

HIGHLAND PARK, MI -- Gov. Gretchen Whitmer and LGBTQ rights advocates said a new executive order blocking government funding for conversion therapy on minors is a first step toward outlawing the practices in Michigan. The governor said tax dollars should not go toward “dangerous and discredited” practices during a Monday press conference at the Ruth Ellis Center, a social service agency for LGBTQ youth. Whitmer also endorsed two bills seeking to prohibit mental health professionals from engaging minors in conversion therapy, described as any treatment that seeks to change a person’s sexual orientation or gender identity. “Conversion therapy is opposed...

A Virginia couple on Monday became the third and fourth defendants to plead guilty in the sprawling investigation stemming from the Capitol riot in January. However, Jessica and Joshua Bustle of Bristow, Va., became the first to plead guilty in federal court who faced only misdemeanor charges as a result of their actions at the Capitol as lawmakers were attempting to certify President Joe Biden’s electoral college victory. Under a deal with prosecutors, the Bustles each pleaded guilty to one of the four misdemeanor charges they faced: parading, demonstrating or picketing in a Capitol building. They could get up to...

JPMorgan's longtime CEO Jamie Dimon says America's largest bank is currently 'stockpiling' cash because there's a 'very good chance' inflation is here to stay after being driven to its highest level in 13 years. Dimon said on Monday that JPMorgan is not buying Treasuries or other investments because of the risk that surging inflation will see the Federal Reserve increase interest rates. 'We have a lot of cash and capability and we're going to be very patient, because I think you have a very good chance inflation will be more than transitory,' Dimon said during a Q&A at Morgan Stanley's...

I had to say something here seeing as how I was yelling at my radio driving home tonight. NPR had a spot focusing on how India has basically emerged from its very ugly COVID-19 crisis where HUGE numbers of people were rescued from death and hospitalization. That part is true...but the reason for it is India decided to use Ivermectin to treat the victims and NPR didnt mention one thing about Ivermectin use. I've been trying to find that NPR recording but I cant. If someone better than I can...please post it here. Thank you!!!

Outgoing Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday blasted President Biden’s policy approach to Iran in a “scorched earth” final address to the parliament — comparing the US return to the Iran nuclear deal to President Franklin Roosevelt declining to bomb the train tracks to Auschwitz when he had the opportunity. In his last Knesset address as prime minister, a defiant Netanyahu spoke for more than half an hour, declaring that he would no longer keep his foreign policy disagreements with the Biden administration “behind closed doors.” “The new US administration requested that I save our disagreements on the Iran...

Democrats and progressives stepped up their calls for Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer to step down Monday after Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) said he would not permit a vote on a potential Biden nominee if Republicans control the chamber in 2024. “I don’t think either party, if it controlled [the Senate], if it were different from the president, would confirm a Supreme Court nominee in the middle of an election [year],” McConnell told radio host Hugh Hewitt. The Kentuckian then raised the stakes by refusing to commit to giving a Biden nominee a vote in 2023 if Republicans...

Flag Day was once called the “runty stepchild among American national holidays” by the New York Times. While it may not be the grandest of our country’s celebrations, it’s impossible to talk about Flag Day without briefly discussing why Old Glory was originally created, and what it means today. We may know the flag as a strong symbol of patriotism, but at the time of the American Revolution, it had a much more pragmatic purpose: It existed to distinguish the American military forces from the British. It wasn’t really until the Civil War that the American flag became a widespread...
