Liberty-loving Pastor Seeks to Oust RINO From US Senate

Liberty-minded pastor and small-business owner Jackson Lahmeyer of Oklahoma has had enough of Big Government overreach, so now he is taking on RINO Republican James Lankford in the competitive race for one of Oklahoma’s U.S. Senate seats. Citing a very low score on The New American magazine’s Freedom Index (35 out of 100) and his support for the terrorist group Black Lives Matter, Lahmeyer told TNA Senior Editor Alex Newman that Oklahoma deserves better. If elected, Lahmeyer, who does not come from a political background, promised to defend the Constitution, state sovereignty, and more. He is also encouraging and supporting his state in its ongoing efforts to nullify the unconstitutional Roe v. Wade opinion purporting to overturn state laws against murdering unborn babies, just like Oklahoma nullified federal marijuana prohibition. Election integrity is another key issue, he said, pointing to the 2020 fiasco.

Yeah, me too. Lahmeyer has been out there awhile...

Lankford is pretty well entrenched in his office, being a master of taking both sides at once and with the Southern Baptists supporting him.

I don't know what denomination Lahmeyer is - if he's a Southern Baptist they will screw him, or at least try to, to keep their boy Lankford in.

I wish Lahmeyer the best. I'll certainly be voting for him.

Just work to end Lankford’s Southern Baptist support.

There is plenty of ammo to bring that about.

I have considered running against Lankford for a couple of years and have gone so far as to figure out where and how I come up with the $10mm I think it is likely to cost to run a successful campaign.

That said, I prefer not to have to do so. It is likely to take a professionally managed operation to do this--the newspapers and the local media generally will support James as will the McConnell funded Senate Support money.

Safe seat for republicans-at least it should be. A big shot across the bow should he beat Lankford. It’s up to the Oklahoma primary voters to make that statement, not outsiders although I’d send a few bucks AFTER je wins the nomination.

He won’t need your money. The Trump machine is going to be helping him. General Flynn endorsed him, which means the Trump PAC money will come as he needs it.

Something tells me that Rev. Lahmeyer is going to win this.

And it will haul McConnell up short. Trump is poised to confirm his leadership of the GOP. The GOP RINOfaction is long past its shelf life.

From his church's web site: Most people are familiar with the name Sheridan Christian Center. It was one of the most famous churches at one point because of the names that came through it. Billy Joe Daugherty, Kenneth Copeland, and Kenneth Hagin Sr.

No thanks. Copeland and Hagin were poster boys for all that was wrong with the Word of Faith/Prosperity Gospel.
