WASHINGTON – FEMA, in coordination with the Federal Communications Commission, will conduct a nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System (EAS) and Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) this summer. A woman has died after she was shot Monday afternoon during an argument over masks at a supermarket in DeKalb County, officials said.
