As the U.K. prepares to resume cruises, the Department of Transportation released the first of a series of rules that will govern the operation of the domestic cruises. In response to this maneuver, Conservative State Legislatures should consider reallocating Electoral College Votes so that "Winner does not take all" (just like in Maine and Nebraska, see article).
