In the fourth and final decision issued today, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in Mullin v. Doe, a case concerning whether the Administration may terminate Temporary Protected Status (TPS) designations.
In a majority opinion authored by Justice Samuel Alito, the Court held that the challengers—TPS beneficiaries from Syria and Haiti—were not entitled to interim relief blocking the termination of their TPS designations.
The Court concluded that the TPS statute limits judicial review of non-constitutional claims and prevents courts from second-guessing the agency’s TPS termination decisions on those grounds.
Justice Thomas filed a concurring opinion. Justice Kagan filed a dissenting opinion, joined by Justices Sotomayor and Jackson.

Wonder what the Dems are thinking today....
Does this mean your pets can go outside again?
“They’re eating the dogs! They’re eating the cats!”
Remove them from the government’s teat and get them out of the country.
As Rush used to say “words have meaning” - “temporary” means “temporary.”
“Justice Kagan filed a dissenting opinion, joined by Justices Sotomayor and Jackson.”
…DEI hurts America in so many ways
The best we can hope for is a ruling that says Birthright Tourism does not fall under the Amendment. Even that is wishful thinking. This will become a major midterm issue and could seriously hurt the democRATS. In a few years you will have thousands of Chinese who have never spent a day in this country voting in our elections. But, again it is Congresses job to write these regulations.
Good day for conservatives, the Constitution, the Executive branch, and common sense!
> Wonder what the Dems are thinking today.... <
I’ll field that one.
They’ll be thinking about packing the Supreme Court the very first chance they get. And that’s where the Founders messed up. Congress can set the size of the Court at any number they want.
If the D’s take Congress in 2026, Trump would veto any such attempt.
But after Trump?
This was the biggest reason I supported Trump. This is the most conservative Supreme Court since the 1930's -- we don't win them all, but we have won a lot of very critical decisions. This Court actually believes in separation of powers, which is why the President generally wins but sometimes loses.
I can’t see that wailing clown enough!
Excellent. Now deport them all.
Wonder what the Dems are thinking today...”
I’ll tell you exactly what they are thinking. They are cursing Sinema and Manchin for stopping the rats from packing the SC.
Several years ago we visited our daughter in Miami. On Sunday we decided it would be interesting to go to Our Lady of Haiti for Mass. When we got there we were greated by two female ushers, dressed to the nines. They took us up to the third row. We were at that time the only white people there. Gradually the place filled up and all around us were about a dozen white people. It turns out that they were celebrating the retirement of the assistant sheriff who had been in the community for several years. Not that they were glad he was leaving but that they valued him. He was white. All his family friends were there and they had assumed that we were with him. I heard Latin, English, Creole, and French. There was a full band including a drum set and electric guitars. The service lasted three hours. We couldn’t leave early because we were way up front surrounded by the friends and family of the guest of honor. It was wild. I really hate to think of all those folks having to leave.
Good day today to soften the blow tomorrow when the RINOs on the court join with the Dems and refuse to end birthright citizenship (which was clearly only intended for emancipated slaves)
“Good day at the Court today. “
Especially after a crappy week in the lower courts....
they don’t think- they obediently regurgitate as told
” I really hate to think of all those folks having to leave.”
Yet that is not sufficient reason to violate the Constitution and the laws of our nation.
