Saturday has turned into the deadliest day since demonstrations against the Feb. 1 military coup began more than a month ago, and more than 400 people have been killed overall. A 13-year-old girl and a 5-year-old boy were reportedly among at least 13 people killed in Myanmar's second most populous city, Mandalay, while another 13-year-old was reportedly killed in another village. Despite the violence, there was once again no sign of the movement abating. Senior General Min Aung Hlaing said "the army seeks to join hands with the entire nation to safeguard democracy," but "violent acts that affect stability and...

Miller Lite announced this week that it is releasing a limited line of candles, which it is calling “Bar Smells.” This is, obviously, because each one smells like a different type of bar that is special in its own way. There are three scents to choose from including Dive Bar, Game Day Bar and Beer Garden. The first smells like Musk, Tobacco, Pine, and Yeast, which certainly sounds better than the smell of my fave dives, but will have to do! Game Day Bar smells fittingly like Salted Peanut, Jalapeno, and Cracked Leather, and is perfect for the start of...

WICKENBURG, Ariz. — A California woman is facing multiple charges after police said she became belligerently intoxicated and caused scenes – stripping naked at one point – in multiple Arizona businesses on Wednesday. According to police, Melissa Dawn Hahn, 53, ran up a $154 tab at Mecca Bar and Grill in Wickenburg and became angry – swearing at staff and customers and spitting on a man – when her credit card was declined, KTVK reported. Hahn reportedly left the restaurant without paying and entered nearby retailer Cactus Flower, where she began trying on items in the middle of the store,...

“Your Will Be done on earth as it is in Heaven…”The Lord’s prayer is truly heavenly. It directs us to our Father in Heaven, and it is to heaven that we look for and seek the blessings we need. The prayer seems designed to shape our affections and desires towards heaven. We are being taught to align our wills to heaven’s agenda as we ask for God’s kingdom and will to be done, and God’s name to be glorified above all of our own personal needs and desires. Yet, here in the third request our minds and desires are directed...

Of all the millions of tons of cargo that's piled up in the Suez Canal, none is more delicate than the animals crammed into the hulls of several of the ships. Little information is available, with neither canal officials nor shipping executives willing to talk, but data compiled by Bloomberg indicate as many as 10 vessels stuck in and around the canal could be carrying livestock. Given the Europe-to-Saudi Arabia itinerary, they are most likely carrying sheep. Cattle can also be transported by sea, and ships would generally have at least two or three days' worth of extra hay or...

Critical Race Theory, which is just an updated form of racism, is the most destructive force of the 21st century. If you had told me 50 years ago that a half-century hence, there would be a successful social movement, dominating academia, politics and even the business world, holding that the most important thing about a person is his skin color, I wouldn’t have believed it. But that is where we are now. At the Epoch Times, my friend Roger Simon writes eloquently about the curse of CRT: Something called Critical Race Theory intervened to turn our society around, head it...

PALM SUNDAY Matthew 21.1 - 11 1 And when they drew nigh unto Jerusalem, and were come to Bethphage, unto the mount of Olives, then sent Jesus two disciples, 2 Saying unto them, Go into the village over against you, and straightway ye shall find an ass tied, and a colt with her: loose them, and bring them unto me. 3 And if any man say ought unto you, ye shall say, The Lord hath need of them; and straightway he will send them. 4 All this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the...

Most of the nation’s COVID-19 deaths could have been prevented, Dr. Deborah Birx contends in a new documentary. Birx, who headed the coronavirus task force under former President Trump, said of the approximately 100,000 deaths that came from the initial surge of the virus, “we have an excuse.” “All of the rest of them in my mind could have been mitigated or decreased substantially,” says in a clip from the documentary posted on the CNN site. The documentary is set to air Sunday.

The positive test rate identifying infections tumbled to its lowest level in nearly a year, the Health Ministry said Thursday, as the country reached the milestone of immunizing over half against COVID-19. Figures released by the ministry showed the positive rate for virus tests analyzed Wednesday was just 1.3%, the lowest level since June 2020. A week ago the positive test rate was 2% and a week before that it was 3%. The numbers have continued a steep decline since January, when the positive test rate reached over 10%. There were only 470 new patients diagnosed Wednesday, according to the...

Two young teenage girls have been charged with felony murder after killing a man in DC during an armed carjacking. Instead of fleeing the scene after the car crashed and rolled on its side, one of the girls began looking for her cellphone that was in the vehicle — while walking nonchalantly past their victim’s body. The girls, both black, are only 13 and 15 years old. Their Pakistani victim, Mohammad Anwar, 66, of Springfield, Virginia, was driving for Uber Eats when the girls attempted to steal his car and tased him.

New Mexico rancher Russell Johnson joins "Fox News Live" to share his experience with the migrant surge on the southern border, saying Biden's plan is to "roll back everything that worked." RUSSELL JOHNSON: We've experienced everything from homes being broke into, cattle theft, vehicles stolen, other buildings broken into. We've had pasture land burnt by illegals. They get lost, they give up, they're trying to signal for help, so they'll just light a pasture on fire. We've had lots of trash left behind, it's, and it's only getting worse, and it's because of all the policies that the Biden administration...

Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem Psalm 17Psalm 17 A prayer of David. 1 Hear me, Lord, my plea is just; listen to my cry. Hear my prayer— it does not rise from deceitful lips. 2 Let my vindication come from you; may your eyes see what is right. 3 Though you probe my heart, though you examine me at night and test me, you will find that I have planned no evil; my mouth has not transgressed. 4 Though people tried to bribe me, I have kept myself from the ways of the violent through what your lips have...

Reports of bonus products from Amazon have surfaced recently. Customers have reported receiving bottled orange juice in water bottles. This can only be a theory at this point in time, I am just a private citizen and do not have the intel resources required to prove or disprove this theory. But it makes sense to me based on what I knew in 2019 and what I know today. The theory is that powerful globalist interests, the sort of people who meet at Davos and Bilderberg (among other places), hatched this plot some time in 2019 to achieve two main objectives: (a) to provide cover for actions that were really meant to fight what they see as a dangerous climate...

I’ve found over the years that whether or not God could have created life on other planets is not the question that usually needs to be asked. The real question is, “Are the entities that people are reporting communication with and torment at the hands of in this modern era, authentic extra-terrestrials, or not?” But that being said, there’s one more point to be made pertaining to how contact with, or a passionate belief in, extra-terrestrials affects people who are Christians… which I’m offering largely as a warning to those of you who might be opening the door to belief...

The death toll from the collapse of a nine-story apartment building in Cairo has climbed to 18 people, according to Egyptian state media. The building collapsed in the Egyptian capital early Saturday. State newspaper Al-Ahram said that search and rescue workers recovered the bodies over the course of the day. Excavators could be seen digging through the debris in the el-Salam neighborhood on Saturday morning. Police cordoned off the area, keeping back the curious and people apparently looking for relatives in the building. “They took four people out in front of me, who looked like they were almost gone,” said...
