Video clips of disturbing attacks on the street. Insults hurled by politicians. Derogatory graffiti scrawled on businesses. For most of the last year, Asian-Americans have sounded the alarm over the rising discrimination they have experienced and witnessed, fueled in part by racist language and false claims about the coronavirus by former President Donald J. Trump and other public officials. Celebrities, activists and influencers on social media have implored people to stop the hate against Asian-Americans and Pacific Islanders.

Last night, CNN's Brian Stelter contacted us about "Newsmax's ratings declines for my CNN newsletter." Stelter contacted Newsmax at 9 p.m. on Wednesday night and said he would give us just one hour to respond, meaning a 10 p.m. deadline. Without Newsmax's response, CNN's Stelter email newsletter, headlined "Newsmax's rise and fall," noted that "Newsmax TV gained a lot of attention last fall when disaffected Fox News fans flocked to the channel en masse. ... Newsmax's Nielsen ratings are way off the post-election highs that I wrote about three and four months ago."

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - An Arkansas gun rights activist who ran unsuccessfully for governor three years ago said Wednesday that she's challenging Sen. John Boozman in the state's Republican primary in 2022. Jan Morgan said she will run against Boozman, who is seeking his third term next year. Former President Donald Trump last week endorsed Boozman's reelection bid. But Morgan accused Boozman of not being conservative enough and criticized his votes certifying President Joe Biden's victory over Trump in the November election. The House and Senate in January overwhelmingly rejected objections to the results in two states. "When the...

This bill could be the key to securing the southern border.Texas state Rep. Bryan Slaton filed a bill in the Texas House of Representatives on March 4 aimed at creating a fund to pay for “border security enhancement projects.” As an Op-Ed from The Blaze’s Daniel Horowitz explained, it could even lead to the construction of the border wall in certain states.Slaton’s bill would use state funds to complete the border wall in Texas and would require the governor to seek reimbursement from the federal government. In short, if the bill passes in the Texas legislature, the state would be...

The illegal migrants brought to the United States by their illegal migrant parents “are true and legitimate heirs … of our founders,” House Speaker Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said in a Thursday speech on the House floor. Pelosi made her claims as Democrats prepared to vote through an amnesty for at least three million migrants who are now labeled under several categories. They include the many illegals who were brought to the United States as children by their parents. Democrats refer to the child-arrivals as “dreamers,” even though Americans are also dreamers.

Proving that even a broken clock is right twice a day, it turns out the establishment media was right about that whole interference in our elections thing. There is indeed a lot of it, but not necessarily from where the media told us. Not only does it threaten the integrity of our elections, but it is likely to get innocent people killed. This particular election interference comes not from the Kremlin, but from the ample bank account of billionaire investor George Soros. Like a Bond villain stroking a white cat, Soros has big plans for America and the world. He...

The House voted 247-174 on Thursday to pass a bipartisan bill that would allow an estimated 1 million undocumented farmworkers and their children to gain legal status through continued employment. Why it matters: Farmworkers and crop hands were designated essential workers during the pandemic. The bill would allow them to apply for legal status after working in agriculture for at least 180 days over two years. Nine representatives did not vote on the bill. The big picture: The Farm Workforce Modernization Act is part of Democrats' first push this year to overhaul the country's immigration laws. Lawmakers are also considering...

Cancel culture just proved itself more powerful than the devil in Prada herself, Anna Wintour. Years-old tweets you made as a foolish, ignorant teen, and later profusely apologized for, mean you can’t be trusted as editor of . . . Teen Vogue. Alexi McCammond, deemed in 2019 the emerging journalist of the year by the National Association of Black Journalists and supported by Wintour and the rest of top Condé Nast management for the Teen Vogue job, won’t be starting next week as editor-in-chief of the fashion and lifestyle magazine after a staff rebellion over offensive remarks posted in 2011....

[See UPDATE, below.] Almost two months into the Biden administration, it's an open secret that Joe Biden won't take spontaneous questions from the press. That's why it was peculiar on Wednesday for a clip suddenly to appear purportedly showing Joe answering questions from random reporters somewhere in America. What was even more peculiar was that Joe's hands magically passed through the microphones. In other words, the weird hand illusion (combined with other oddities) in the video suggests that the White House is disseminating fake videos to make it look as if Joe is talking spontaneously to the media. At first...

"At this point," Ingraham said later in the segment, "It’s pretty much beyond obvious that if you had COVID, you’re extremely unlikely to get it again — even Fauci knows it’s impossible to argue against the evidence on this point … The fact is, we’re approaching herd immunity in the United States. Fauci knows this and knows there’s no data to counter the mountain of evidence Senator Paul ... threw at him." Fauci’s new favorite talking point, the host said, is the rise of several coronavirus variants, specifically one that was discovered in the U.K. Ingraham noted that the U.K....
