Full disclosure: I was one of those people who thought that the Democrats would have hit President Biden with a 25th Amendment coup by now. After a while, I realized that they prefer having him in place and pulling his puppet strings. They type up the executive orders, tell Ol’ Gropes to sign them, and the dismantling of the Republic proceeds apace. I also wasn’t factoring in Kamala Harris’s soaring ambition. She’d like Biden to last at least two years so that she can have a ten-year run in office. If the Democrats succeed in their efforts to make the...

Australia instituted these strict laws following the April 1996 mass shooting at Port Arthur, in which gunman Martin Bryant took the lives of thirty-five people using an AR-10 semi-automatic rifle. Bryant’s motivation was reportedly based on the failure to buy a bed and breakfast property but also to become “notorious.” The shooting outraged the nation, and soon Australia introduced comprehensive gun control. It was led by then Australian Prime Minister John Howard, who had only taken office six weeks earlier at the head of a center-right coalition. Howard came to the decision that firearms were simply too easy to obtain...

A thousand years after desecrating the church of St. James the Moor-Slayer, Sharia-adherents are at it again. The year 2021 could be a particularly “dangerous” year for Spain, thanks to Islamic State terrorists posing as migrants entering via Europe with “instructions” to attack, among other targets, churches in Spain. A report highlights several examples indicating an uptick in terrorist activities, adding “the fact that we are immersed in a pandemic does not seem to stop the jihadist threats.”One of the more recent threats concerns Santiago de Compostela, a Christian shrine in Galicia, in the furthest northwest of the peninsula. Several...

A friend who volunteers at a Sunday school in Harlem for low-income children called me the other day, greatly upset: She had been working with a pair of students who failed to learn the assigned reading, which was a short psalm or a prayer. She thought perhaps the fourth graders, a boy and a girl, weren’t applying themselves. The truth was much worse: The two children turned out to be illiterate. Their public school teachers had passed them, grade by grade, into the fourth, and no one had ever taught them how to sound out words. Their teachers graded spelling...

And the Clinton administration enabled him. "I Started to Think This is a Bad Guy": Andrew Cuomo's Biographer on the Governor's Brutish History," a Vanity Fair headline blares. The biographer, Michael Shnayerson, is the author of The Contender, a biography of Cuomo, of which the author on his site writes, “I think the picture that emerges is ultimately a positive one.” In the recent article, he however fusses, “I discovered that much of Cuomo’s M.O. and many of his character flaws… have been evident for years.” Just not so evident that anyone in the media would actually write honestly about...

They're valuable and, unfortunately, easy to steal, and the thefts have skyrocketed during this pandemic year, but at least this set of bad guys got caught. While no one is tracking exact figures, the number of catalytic converters stolen from vehicles across the U.S. has grown tremendously. In Los Angeles County, it was up 400 percent in a year. The LA Sheriff raided four locations last week, arresting 19 people and recovering three-quarters of a million dollars' worth of catalytic converters, plus $100,000 in cash and a "ghost" gun.If you want to prevent your own cat from being stolen, parking...

Maybe we shouldn't be surprised. Doesn't everything end up being Trump's fault? The latest from the Biden White House is that they inherited a mess on the U.S.-Mexico border. Again, isn't everything Trump's fault? The Biden White House reversed Trump's policies, and that's why this mess happened, as Rich Lowry wrote:As numbers predictably surge again, his Homeland Security secretary, Alejandro Mayorkas, has absurdly called out Trump for having "dismantled our nation's immigration system in its entirety."Speaker Nancy Pelosi chimed in over the weekend, claiming that "what the administration has inherited is a broken system at the border."To the contrary, Biden has done...

Source: Official White House Photo by Shealah CraigheadIt's too late now, but vindication came to one of the Trump campaign election violation claims lobbed after Election Day. The Michigan courts ruled that Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson overstepped her authority when she issued unilateral changes for absentee ballots in the state. It all centered on voter signature verification. If she wanted to do that, she was going to have to get the state legislature’s approval. There was a reason why she didn’t pursue this route: Michigan’s state legislature is majority Republican. So, she took this for a spin, and it...

The Irish-born filmmaking couple Phelim McAleer and Ann McElhinny have employed the medium of film to spotlight big stories and trends that establishment media either ignore or slant. Their scripts typically rely on transcripts of sworn witness testimony, such as in the anti-abortion feature "Gosnell: The Trial Of America's Biggest Serial Killer" and the recent "ObamaGate: The Movie," on the Trump-Russia collusion probe. Now, in "My Son Hunter," they will take on the censored story of "Biden family corruption" as revealed in the abandoned laptop of Hunter Biden. They plan to raise $2.5 million in a crowdfunding campaign within the...

Joe Biden lashed out at Russia in an interview that aired Wednesday morning as he warned Vladimir Putin would 'pay a price' for interfering in U.S. elections – even though the president's own intelligence director concluded the Kremlin did not interfere in the election process. 'He will pay a price,' Biden told ABC News host George Stephanopoulos. 'We had a long talk, he and I. I know him relatively well and the conversation started off, I said, 'I know you and you know me. If I establish this occurred then be prepared.' When pushed on what the consequences would be,...

Until Lambs Become LionsRight now, we are 80 million couch potatoes and keyboard warriors with rifles in our bedroom closets. This is not a force to be reckoned with.We are locked in a zero-sum game rebellion of the elites, who are intent on fundamentally transforming America into an authoritarian state with a single ideology and ruling class. In order to defeat this rebellion, we need to understand the terrain we are operating on and the strategy and tactics of our enemy. Even more important, we need a strategy of our own to guide our struggle and return to a functional...

Our Pandemic Response: Fear Trumps LibertyThe next emergency—and it will come—will provide justification for stripping American citizens of even more of their rights and liberties. Most Americans may not realize it, but we have been subjects of a vast sociological experiment over the past year. The last year may not have been intended as an experiment but it has illustrated some unpleasant truths about what Americans have become as a people, most importantly, that the citizens of a country who once proudly proclaimed the motto, “don’t tread on me” have been willing to endure a great deal of treading. The experiment...

The crisis at the border continues to accelerate, as CBS News reported Tuesday that there are now more than 13,000 unaccompanied migrant children being held in prison like cells by US authorities. The report notes that many more are being turned back every day, and that there are now so many trying to cross the border that the US is on track this year to encounter more illegal immigration than in the past TWENTY YEARS. The kids are being held in squalid conditions, sleeping on concrete floors without any sunlight for up to five days, according to the report, well...

THE ANTICHRIST (the first beast) On April 21, 2009 I posted an article with this paragraph: “In the past I indicated to some of my friends that Obama is probably not the antichrist! But when I began to realize that abortion is one of the greatest sins, and that Obama promotes abortion as his highest (sly and hidden, by stealth) priority, I began to reconsider especially after I discovered how many Hebrew scholars indicate how Jesus would have pronounced Luke 10:18 in Aramaic: “And I saw Satan as Baraq U Bam-Maw.” DID JESUS GIVE US AN INDICATION IN THIS VERSE...

Anticipated federal policy changes to oil and gas leasing and permitting on federal lands “could shift oil production, prompting a realignment of Permian Basin activity between Texas and New Mexico,” a new report by the Dallas Fed says. The Permian Basin is the world’s largest shale oil and gas field, located in the Dallas Fed’s Eleventh District service area, straddling the Texas-New Mexican borders. On the New Mexico side, half of the oil and gas produced in the Permian Basin occurs on federal land. On average, even during the state’s shutdown in 2020, the state produced 1 million barrels of...

It contended that such an increase in prices at the pump could lead the national average to rise to $2.65 to $2.75 per gallon—the highest prices seen since 2019 and the highest seasonal prices in more than five years. More than forty states are already seeing gas prices higher than last year, with half seeing double-digit increases. “The quicker the affected refineries are able to come back online, the better, and perhaps less painful for motorists than if they remain out of service for even longer,” Patrick De Haan, head of petroleum analysis at GasBuddy, said in a statement, adding...

A Minnesota farmer whose crop was badly damaged by a hail storm ended up having the harvest rescued by a company that turned the damaged peppers into a special hot sauce. Dana Jokela, owner of Sogn Farm in Cannon Falls, said the pepper crop was destroyed by a hail storm right before the planned harvest, and it looked like a total loss. Jokela said one of the farm's clients, Cry Baby Craig's Hot Sauce, offered to step in and rescue the damaged fruits. "They all took whatever peppers could be used, a lot of scratch and dent," Jokela told KCCO-TV....
