President Biden and fellow Democrats claim Americans’ urgent needs oblige them to ram through $1.9 trillion in new spending rather than accept a much-smaller compromise offer. In reality, this is about the Dems’ own policy and patronage goals. For starters, the nation has no need for any new “stimulus.” Much of the $2.9 trillion from last spring’s CARES Act has yet to be spent — to say nothing of the $900 billion more that Congress OK’d barely a month ago. Indeed, more than 80 percent of that new money has yet to get out the door. Plus, on Monday, the...

Democrats are the party of make believe. Through their domination of the media, academia, Hollywood, and growing swaths of corporate America, they successfully peddle propaganda as reality. They insisted President Trump was a dictator and a treasonous ally of Vladimir Putin who refused to denounce white supremacy. They dismissed questions about the business dealings of President Biden’s family as “Russian disinformation” that had been “totally discredited.” When investigations and fact checks revealed those claims to be false, they just kept on repeating them. Tell a lie long and loud enough and many accept it as truth. Having secured the White...

Welcome to Soviet America After four years of being disparaged by Donald Trump as the enemy of the people, America’s ruling class is out for revenge. America is changing in bewildering ways since Donald Trump left office. For the first time in our nation’s history, the president of the United States, out in the open and for all to see, is a demented, senile figurehead. With the support of a media class, ostensibly charged with keeping him in check but instead behaving like the old Soviet Pravda, Biden is able to cover up his otherwise obvious physical, mental, and moral...

Unity may be the narrative preached by the newly-elected President Biden, but Democrats don't seem to be truly interested in it.Everyone knows Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., flirted with fringe conspiracy theories before her election to the House in 2020. Democrats are trying to kick her out of Congress for these ill-advised remarks made prior to her run for office— remarks voters had the opportunity to consider before electing Greene. As many as 61 Democratic members of the House are willing to co-sponsor Rep. Jimmy Gomez’s, D-Calif., resolution in favor of her removal. “It should not be left to the...

Even though White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki is apparently screening questions in advance, she doesn’t seem to be well prepared at press briefings. On Tuesday, when asked about Space Force, Psaki was clearly clueless about how to respond, resorting instead to mocking the newest branch of the U.S. military. It was a simple question about whether she knew if Biden plans to keep the Space Force, and if he does, whether it will remain at the same size and scope. Psaki simply laughed at the topic, before conceding she had no idea what to tell him and didn’t even...

They spend two hours discussing differences, but vow to keep discussion moving forward. After a longer-than-expected two-hour meeting Monday with President Joe Biden, Sen. Mitt Romney said the president “has genuine interest in working with” Republicans to close a gap on their competing proposals for a pandemic aid package. “It was not just a check-the-box meeting,” Romney said in a call with Utah reporters. “We had a full airing of our different points of view and a direction by the president to continue our discussions.” Biden is pushing for a $1.9 trillion package, while a group of 10 centrist Republicans...

Lorrain Taylor lost her twin sons to gun violence in Oakland, California, in 2000. They were just 22 years old and working their way through college when they were killed. “We are here to say, ‘No, no more senseless violence,’” Taylor said at the launch Friday of Voices of Black Mothers United, an initiative of the Woodson Center, a Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit.

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy met privately with Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene to discuss her litany of controversial political stances— as Democrats ramp up pressure to have her removed from her committee assignment and the GOP seeks to have Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Min.) stripped of her committees in a tit-for-tat effort.

The video can settle for once and for all: How many people were in the TCF Center and is there any validity to the excuse that they were past “COVID capacity” – the excuse they used to exclude the Republicans from watching vote processing Why did so many Democrat poll workers bring in suitcases? Did they hide illegal ballots in them like their colleagues in Georgia? Were the machines networked? Can we see the modem and the wires networking the tabulating machines as described by Patrick Colbeck? Who brought in what at 3:30/4:00am, were they ballots as the Republicans have...

This bill makes various changes to the federal framework governing the sale, transfer, and possession of firearms and ammunition. Among other things, the bill does the following: generally requires individuals to obtain a license to purchase, acquire, or possess a firearm or ammunition; raises the minimum age—from 18 years to 21 years—to purchase firearms and ammunition; establishes new background check requirements for firearm transfers between private parties; requires law enforcement agencies to be notified following a firearms-related background check that results in a denial; creates a statutory process for a family or household member to petition a court for an...

Crazed Democrat Sheila Jackson Lee wants to destroy the right to bear arms. The gun control mob is not resting. Texas Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee kicked the year off by introducing H.R. 127, a gun control bill that would require gun owners to undergo psychological evaluations, licensing, gun registration after the fact, and even possess a license for modern sporting rifles. The pro-Second Amendment organization the Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms said on January 29, 2021 that this gun control bill is “insanity on steroids”. “Over the years we’ve seen some astonishingly bad legislation originate...

“‘God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth’” (John 4:24). God is a person, but He has no physical characteristics. As we begin our study of God, we must understand first of all that He is a person, not some unknowable cosmic force. In His Word, God is called Father, Shepherd, Friend, Counselor, and many other personal names. God is always referred to as “He,” not “it.” He also has personal characteristics: He thinks, acts, feels, and speaks. We will learn three aspects of God’s person in the next several days: God is spirit,...

Chinese police have arrested more than 80 suspected members of a criminal group that was manufacturing and selling fake COVID-19 vaccines, including to other countries. Police in Beijing and in Jiangsu and Shandong provinces broke up the group led by a suspect surnamed Kong that was producing the fake vaccines, which consisted of a simple saline solution, the official Xinhua News Agency reported. The FBI recently raided the homes of two men who sponsored an invective-laced rally near the US Capitol a day before the deadly insurrection, the first known search warrants involving people who organized and spoke at rallies preceding the attack. CNN learned of the raids through an eyewitness account, public records, a lawyer representing one of the rally organizers and an FBI spokeswoman who confirmed details of the searches. FBI spokeswoman Laura Eimiller confirmed that federal agents executed search warrants last week at two properties in Orange County, California, which public records indicate belong to Russell Taylor and Alan Hostetter....

The nearly 1,400-foot tower at 432 Park Avenue, briefly the tallest residential building in the world, ... The claims include: millions of dollars of water damage from plumbing and mechanical issues; frequent elevator malfunctions; and walls that creak like the galley of a ship — all of which may be connected to the building’s main selling point: its immense height... Engineers privy to some of the disputes say many of the same issues are occurring quietly in other new towers. ...identity of virtually all the buyers were concealed by shell companies. Investigators are struggling to build a federal murder case regarding fallen US Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick, vexed by a lack of evidence that could prove someone caused his death as he defended the Capitol during last month's insurrection. Authorities have reviewed video and photographs that show Sicknick engaging with rioters amid the siege but have yet to identify a moment in which he suffered his fatal injuries, law enforcement officials familiar with the matter said.

Medicare is functionally insolvent, people are getting way more from entitlements than they paid in, and Congress has been spending like drunken sailors for decades with no signs of stopping. Two data points explain the current debate in Washington on more rounds of COVID spending. The Biden administration’s repeated statements that “the risk is not…going too small, but…going not big enough” reflects a position Joe Biden publicly articulated while serving in the Obama administration a dozen years ago: Biden: We Have To Spend Money To Keep From Going BankruptAs to the cumulative effects of these policies, the budget resolution itself tells...

On Tuesday, the NC Lieutenant Governor Mark Robinson held a press conference where he took offense with a recent cartoon by a local media outlet. WRAL in Raleigh released the cartoon which depicted members of the NC GOP as KKK members with their recent attacks on the NC school curriculum. Robinson did not like it one bit. Robinson, the state’s first Black Lieutenant Governor, said that the cartoon was hypocrisy against GOP members of the NC Council of State who were minorities themselves. He said that running such a cartoon during Black History Month was an absolute disgrace.
