OSWEGO, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — State Supreme Court Justice Scott DelConte paused his own order for all boards of elections to certify their latest results on Tuesday, so legal teams for both campaigns can build arguments for or against Democrat Anthony Brindisi’s requested “hand audit” of ballots. A “hand audit” could leave open the possibility of a full recount. In court paperwork, Brindisi’s team alleges: “Substantial errors and irregularities in the conduct of the election have come to light. As these proceedings have continued, that evidence has only mounted… As a result, a hand audit is warranted under New York law and...

There is a myriad of excellent tanks that have been built since the first British MkI rolled across the battlefields of Western Europe during the First World War. However, for every T-34, Leopard and M1 Abrams, there are tanks that rightfully belong on the scrap heap of history – yet instead of rusting away from memory, we should use these as examples of everything that went wrong. While I am sure many can make different choices based on a whole host of different factors, here are my picks for the five worst tanks ever.

This week’s Liberal Media Scream features a new high in the anti-GOP bias shown by CNN, this time blaming the political divide on the Tea Party, Sarah Palin, Roger Ailes, Fox News, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, and, of course, former President Donald Trump. Over one hour last night, Fareed Zakaria pointed a big finger at the GOP in his special, The Divided States of America: What Is Tearing Us Apart? Over and over, the answer was boiled down to Republicans. And if that wasn’t enough, Republicans were sometimes described as racists. Zakaria said, “When scholars spent time with Tea...

America, we have another crisis. We’re running out of chicken wings. Days before the Super Bowl, a veritable annual chicken wing holiday, food service providers are scrambling to get their hands on these delectable morsels — and paying top dollar for them, too. The U.S. chicken wing market is dominated by the sports calendar. Consumption and sales peak right before the Super Bowl in February and again before the start of the NCAA men’s basketball tournament in March. Prices generally ebb and flow with that schedule, spiking before the competitions and edging lower throughout the rest of the year. But...

China's goal is to overtake the US as the world's superpower and dominate the world economy. And moreChang's comments follow a recent Pentagon report suggesting that China is planning to double its stockpile of nuclear warheads in this decade -- including those designed for ballistic missiles and that can reach the U.S. The report adds a time clock to Trump's decision, Chang said. "[President] Xi Jinping has been talking increasingly about this notion that China has a mandate of heaven to rule the world," Chang explained. "They [believe that they] not only have the right to do it, they have...

After meeting with President Joe Biden on Monday about his massive COVID-19 relief plan and a much smaller Republican proposal, Sen. Mitt Romney said there are differences in almost every area. "I can tell you there was not an agreement reached," the Utah Republican told Utah reporters via videoconference, adding that they never expected that their plan "would be adopted or rejected on the spot." Vice President Kamala Harris also attended the two-hour meeting with 10 GOP senators in the Oval Office, the first meeting Biden has had in the White House with people other than his staff. Romney described...

There are unconfirmed reports that three agents were shot and killed and two wounded while serving a warrant at a Sunrise home. A large contingent of law enforcement officers gathered outside the Fort Lauderdale hospital where shooting victims were taken, according to television video. The Sunrise Police Department tweeted about the heavy police presence, noting that several roads were closed in the area. News outlets reported that Sunrise police at the scene said FBI agents were injured while serving an arrest warrant in a child pornography case, and that a man was still barricaded inside a home in the suburb...

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) on Tuesday defended Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.), the No. 3 ranking Republican in the House who has come under fire for her vote to impeach former President Trump. Graham called Cheney a valuable asset to the Republican party as many GOP members of Congress have targeted the congresswoman over her impeachment vote. "I believe [Cheney] is one of the strongest and most reliable conservative voices in the Republican Party," Graham said in a tweet. "She is a fiscal and social conservative, and no one works harder to ensure that our military is well prepared." Graham added,...

They had his number. Federal authorities identified an Ohio man as a Capitol invader by merely looking at the name and number on the jacket he was wearing while storming the Capitol and kicking in a window. As a result, Troy Faulkner, 39, now faces several federal charges. The FBI said that it saw Faulkner on a YouTube video kicking in a Capitol window. But before that happened, the defendant was facing away from the camera and his jacket was exposed. This was important because that was a jacket identifying his painting business:

AOC cranks up the dramatics as she talks about the moment Capitol police were knocking on her door during the riots. She said with nobody identifying who was there, it sounded “like someone was trying to break the door down.” She hid in the bathroom. “Then I just start to hear these yells of, ‘Where is she? Where is she?,'” Ocasio-Cortez said. “This was the moment where I thought everything was over.” AOC claimed she thought she was going to die. “If this was the journey that my life was taking, that I felt that things were going to be...

The official Black Lives Matter organization has announced its support for a radical effort to expel over 100 Republicans from Congress, as reported by Fox News. The far-left group, which was responsible for burning cities all across America last summer, causing over $2 billion in damages and leading to at least 25 deaths, wrote on its website that it supported the effort led by Congresswoman Cori Bush (D-Mo.) to expel every Republican member of Congress who voted against the certification of the 2020 electoral results.

VIDEOGeorge Conway, one of the people who founded the Lincoln Project along with fellow grifters Rick Wilson and John Weaver, was asked about the accusations of the extremely sordid activities of the latter. At that point, poor Conway went into full hilarious Sergeant Schultz mode.

I’m no legal scholar or a top expert on constitutional law, so can someone show me where in the US Constitution there are provisions punishing American enterprise for hiring Americans? You won’t find it in the constitution but Federal law, which should protect Americans and their right to work, has a workaround and Biden aims to use it. According to a CNBC report Joe Biden is using the DOJ to make an example out of Elon Musk by publicly harassing him with Federal litigation because SpaceX “hires too many” US citizens and not enough non-resident foreign workers.

A week or so ago, a story was posted on FR: "Texas secession bill filed in House" (https://freerepublic.com/focus/f-chat/3929116/posts). There have been similar stories over the last few months. This video is about another vote/secession (Scotland). Throughout history, borders have been redrawn, and entities have come and gone. We succeeded in 1776 but failed in 1861. The UK had Brexit, the USSR dissolved, Quebeck tried, and many others have done so worldwide. People go their separate ways. Stuff happens.

White House Reporters: Biden Team Wanted Our Questions in Advance ‘PICKING AND CHOOSING’ “It pissed off enough reporters for people to flag it” for the White House Correspondents’ Association, one of The Daily Beast’s sources said. If you’re a reporter with a tough question for the White House press secretary, Joe Biden’s staff wouldn’t mind knowing about it in advance. According to three sources with knowledge of the matter, as well as written communications reviewed by The Daily Beast, the new president’s communications staff have already on occasion probed reporters to see what questions they plan on asking new White...

Joe Biden won the 2020 election by consistently and falsely presenting himself as a political moderate who desperately wants to unify America. In reality, Biden’s ideology is much further to the left than his campaign was ever willing to admit. Additionally, his policies are designed to impose the ideas of the left on all states, the exact opposite approach a president would take if he or she were truly interested in uniting the country. But do not take my word for it. Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.)—the face of the modern socialist movement in the United States—has repeatedly suggested Biden could be America’s“most...
