OSWEGO, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — State Supreme Court Justice Scott DelConte paused his own order for all boards of elections to certify their latest results on Tuesday, so legal teams for both campaigns can build arguments for or against Democrat Anthony Brindisi’s requested “hand audit” of ballots.
A “hand audit” could leave open the possibility of a full recount.
In court paperwork, Brindisi’s team alleges: “Substantial errors and irregularities in the conduct of the election have come to light. As these proceedings have continued, that evidence has only mounted… As a result, a hand audit is warranted under New York law and should be immediately ordered.”
Judge DelConte didn’t rule on the proposed audit, instead of pausing the complete certification on the grounds that this case will likely be elevated to a higher level of court and he doesn’t want a candidate sent to Washington only to have that candidate be called back.

Yeah right— Brindisi’s criminals saying “audit the votes” and “add in these “newly discovered unattributable votes which MUST be counted without regard to provenance, as in an actual registered voter”. New batch of “Al Franken” type stash of just enough (now that they know) of “stored” ballot box stuffing..... votes.
What a damned lot of criminals— the Judge is a complete a@@hole rubber stamping this proven FRAUD. He doesn’t need to “consider” one more stuffing opportunity of Brindisi— to appear “fair” . He’s way beyond that. This is simply ridiculous MOBSTER activity.
The counting of the votes is never over until the Democrat wins. But at that point, it’s settled science.
Count until the Democrat wins.....................Then STOP counting, claim victory and call the Republican a racist.................

The New York Times as well as other main stream media keep insisting that Trump claims of election fraud have been thoroughly “debunked.” Yet they don’t mention why the 22nd Congressional District of New York hasn’t certified its elections results nearly 3 months after the November 3, 2020 election. This is getting ridiculous.

This is a mini-example of total election chaos. We had better fix this and soon, a Convention of the States is the only way, now.
Brindisi should be charged with insurrection for challenging the results and telling lies about winning the election. That’s how it works, right?
