A $10,000 reward is being offered after a 7-year-old was rushed to a hospital Monday night after being shot while riding in a relative’s vehicle near Phipps Plaza in Buckhead. A German geneticist says that people who refuse to take the COVID-19 vaccine should be denied emergency medical treatment.
