The family of Walter Wallace, a black man that was shot to death by police officers in Philadelphia on Monday, has spoken out about the incident. After viewing the bodycam footage, they are calling for justice for Wallace. Law enforcement is set to release the bodycam footage of the incident that took Wallace’s life shortly. “I would like to see justice done for what they did to my son,” said Kathy Brant, Wallace’s mother. A public safety alert has been issued for San Benancio/Corral de Tierra area, in Monterey County, for three wolf-hybrid dogs. According to the Monterey County Health Department, the three dogs are not contained in the area and could pose a threat to the community. Animal Services is asking the public to not approach or try to catch these animals. Small animals, birds and livestock should be safely confined until these animals can be contained. Social media giant Twitter suffered a stock price crash of more than 21 percent in intraday trading today following the release of the company’s Q3 report. The company reported its slowest growth in years as many companies also bought less advertising on the platform at the same time. The shooting happened Friday afternoon while the officers were on patrol. The officers had no contact with the suspect before he opened fire at their vehicle, Superintendent Shaun Ferguson told reporters. One officer, a four-year veteran, was hit by a bullet in the left cheek, just below his eye. He is in serious condition and is stable. HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- Harris County saw record-breaking voter turnout during the first three days of early voting, and this week exceeded registered voter turnout from previous elections. On the 12th and final day of early voting in 2016, only 43.7% of registered voters cast a ballot either by mail or in person.
