In his 2017 inauguration speech, President Trump shocked the world by promising to take on the Washington, D.C. establishment -- aka “The Swamp” -- and thereby return power to the people. The Swamp denizens seated in the main dais behind Trump that day, Republican and Democrat alike, were not pleased, to put it mildly. In fact, they were so discombobulated by Trump’s remarks that one of the biggest, meanest alligators in the whole bayou went on TV soon after and accidentally told the truth. Referring to Trump’s doubts about the trustworthiness of his intelligence agencies, fake-hair Chuck Schumer told fake-news...

Dear readers of Stilum Curiae, Big Shot has uncovered a delicious piece of news. That is, he simply read it in La Repubblica; but with his usual acumen, he immediately noted its importance in today’s panorama of the Church in which the principal argument now appears to be – in addition to migrants and ecology – money. I recall that John Paul II, when he died, left much less, only a few things. And if I do not remember wrongly, in his life he never had a bank account, not even as pope. Different times, different popes… This time the...

On Wednesday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “The ReidOut,” Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) said that he would “love to” make D.C. and Puerto Rico states and addressed the prospect of ending the filibuster if Democrats take the Senate by stating, “I’m not busting my chops to become majority leader to do very little or nothing. We are going to get a whole lot done. And as I’ve said, everything, everything is on the table.” Schumer said that Senate Democrats are “using all the tactics we can” to slow down Judge Amy Coney Barrett’s Supreme Court confirmation.

“The past is not dead. It is not even past,” William Faulkner once said, and leftists today have learned this well. They know the truth of George Orwell’s declaration in 1984 that “Who controls the past controls the future. Who controls the present controls the past.” Controlling the present, and the future, is what the left’s war on our history is all about, from the tearing-down of statues to the 1619 Project. The leftist political and media elites are determined to destroy our freedoms and impose an authoritarian state upon us. In service of that goal, they’re working hard to...

On the morning of 22 September, about 10 a.m., two home invaders disguised as utility workers, displayed a handgun as they forced their way into a home on the 100 block of Frolic Avenue. A woman in her 30's had a toddler in her arms as she answered the door. As the two men, 34 and 36, forced there way inside, the woman turned and screamed. The house is very modest, only about 650 square feet. It has a full basement. The home invaders were later identified at brothers Jimmy and Christian Tenorio. Image from Waukegan Police, cropped, scaled, and...

A kangaroo court ignores recognized standards of law or justice and has no legitimate authority because due process is often ignored. The “court” often reaches a predetermined conclusion that makes the trial itself something of a farce. That seems an appropriate description of Emmet Sullivan’s courtroom in the astonishing case of Lieutenant General Michael Flynn, a patriotic American military hero targeted for felony prosecution on trumped-up charges only because he had been asked to serve in Donald Trump’s new administration. When Department of Justice prosecutors announced they were dropping the charges against General Michael Flynn for allegedly lying to the...

Last month Apple unveiled a redesigned iPad Air with slimmer bezels that it said would become available in October, but it didn’t give an exact date for when it would start taking orders. With October now upon us, there are indications that the new ‌iPad‌ Air could launch imminently, rather than later on in the month. According to a tweet late on Wednesday from well-connected Bloomberg reporter Mark Gurman, “Apple marketing materials for the new ‌iPad‌ Air are starting to land at retail stores, suggesting a launch sooner rather than later.” The new ‌iPad‌ Air is the first Apple device...

Many were looking forward to the presidential debate tonight, hoping to thoughtfully consider each candidate's position so they could make a wise, informed decision about who to vote for in this year's election. But it looks like that won't be happening, as debate organizers accidentally picked up a signal from some kind of nursing home where two angry old men were just shouting at each other for 90 minutes. "The signal must have gotten crossed with some kind of live stream of an old folks' home," said one technician. "They were shouting about money and politics and viruses and all...

As expected, Apple has added the seventh-generation iPod nano to its list of Vintage and Obsolete products, officially designating the last iPod in the iconic nano lineup as “vintage.” The vintage products list features devices that have not been sold for more than five years and less than seven years. After products pass the seven year mark, they are considered obsolete. Apple debuted a refreshed version of the seventh-generation iPod nano in mid-2015, and that was the final iPod nano that came out. Now that the device is five years old, it is being added to the vintage list. Apple...

For months, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and Senate Democrats have talked about eliminating the filibuster. And with Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s death, the discussion by the Democrats has become even more extreme, with some Senators saying that they must get rid of the filibuster so that they can pack the Supreme Court. Even if not used to pack the Supreme Court, eliminating the filibuster would radically transform the Senate and our country. Surprisingly, during the first presidential debate on Tuesday night, Biden refused to answer the question about the filibuster: “are you willing to tell the American people whether or not you will support either ending...

What is wrong with New York City? Their streets are lined with garbage from Wall Street to Midtown Manhattan. Lafayette Street near the New York Stock Exchange Garbage everywhere even though businesses remain closed and half the people normally working there haven’t stepped foot in the city for months. It’s sort of a trick question, the answer is obvious. If these clowns don’t do something about their city pretty soon they’ll have a bigger health problem to worry about than COVID. Dead rats, flies – what could go wrong? But don’t worry, Mayor de Blasio has imposed a $1000 fine...

Well, it looks like we have yet another woman coming forward with some interesting allegations against old Creepy Joe. Kim Donahue, the wife of a heroic police officer involved in the Boston Marathon bombing, has revealed that at a ceremony for the victims, Joe Biden began rubbing her back inappropriately and made quite a few “suggestive” comments towards her...

Democrat Joe Biden would not share that Antifa is a terrorist organization but the URL Antifa.com redirects to Joe Biden’s campaign donation page? Last night during the first Presidential debate Biden stated that Antifa was an idea:

Amidst all of the night’s theatrics, the biggest news from Tuesday’s debate was what Joe Biden wouldn’t say, rather than anything President Donald Trump did. Once again, Biden refused to say whether he would expand the size of the Supreme Court to pack it with liberals. After the debate on CNN, his running mate, Senator Kamala Harris, also refused to answer the question.       It’s painfully obvious why Biden avoids the topic. His entire campaign strategy relies on winning over disaffected moderate voters who may not love Trump’s personality but don’t want to see far-left...

It is impossible to have a faith that pleases God without sharing a closeness to Jesus that comes from yearning after him. This kind of close personal bond can only come when we desire the Lord more than anything else in life. The writer of Hebrews gives us several examples of faith-filled servants who walked closely with God. Let’s look together at Abel: “By faith Abel offered to God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, through which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts; and through it he being dead still speaks” (Hebrews 11:4). Abel...

What can you even say? I mean what can you even say? 😂🤣😠To prove that he wasn't joking, he then deleted the tweet and claimed it was fake saying "It's not even 9:36 where I'm at" which means that even though he's a pro basketball player who constantly travels the country he also has no idea about time zones lolll
