TACOMA, Wash. — A security guard at a downtown Tacoma building is facing charges Tuesday for allegedly lighting a firecracker in a men's bathroom toilet. A spokesperson for the Pierce County Sheriff's Department said a fire alarm was activated Sept. 13 just before 3:15 a.m. on the second floor of the County-City Building in downtown Tacoma.
