Infectious disease expert Dr. Stephen Smith told "The Ingraham Angle" Monday night that a study published last week indicating the antimalarial drug hydroxychloroquine showed no benefit for coronavirus patients in U.S. veterans hospitals was a "sham." "I've no idea why [University of Virginia School of Medicine opthamology professor Dr. Jayakrishna Ambati] delved into this study, which isn't a study. It's a sham," Smith said. "I can't believe anyone took this seriously. There's not one dosage listed, cumulative or daily, of hydroxychloriquine or anthromicin. And people call this a study." The research, which was published in the medRxiv online depository and...

Perhaps the last time any of us saw nearly 80% of Americans agree on any issue was our resolute response to the 9/11 attacks by terrorists or our nation's spirit following Pearl Harbor. Today's findings send a strong and unmistakable message to all politicians, pundits, and policy makers that there is no room for politics in a COVID-19 era....[snip] America has no patience for any politicians who seek to use the COVID-19 crisis to advance their own partisan agenda.

Tara Reade recently came forward to allege Biden, when she worked for him as a Senate staff assistant in 1993, pushed her up against the wall and penetrated her with his fingers. Biden's presidential campaign has vehemently denied the allegation. In the time since Reade came out with her allegation, her brother and an unnamed friend have backed up her story, saying they were told either about the assault or harassment at the time. A former...

This past week I have been re-watching Herman Wouk's masterpieces, "The Winds of War", and "War and Remembrance". In my opinion two of the finest TV miniseries ever made and timeless. I have always been fascinated with W.W. II history and consider that era in many ways the High Point of this countries history. An era that will never be again. A time when all America came together to fight a war that had to be fought. I contrast that time to today when we make politics out of everything including today's Virus Crisis. For those of you interested you...

Illinois could soon be the first state in history to have its bonds rated as “junk.” Last month, both Moody’s MCO and Standard & Poor’s downgraded Illinois debt to just one notch above junk status. Last week, the Illinois State Senate President Don Harmon (D-Chicago) wrote a letter to Congress requesting a $41.6 billion bailout. Critics balked. In many ways, Illinois may have already crossed the Rubicon. Our analysis at OpenTheBooks.com shows that an Illinois family of four now owes more in unfunded pension liabilities ($76,000) than they earn in household income ($63,585). In a state of 13 million residents,...

Forget the thirst trap -- this packed house party in Chicago featuring a stripper is more like a potential coronavirus trap with all the guests blatantly ignoring quarantine guidelines. It turns out there was even more reckless behavior going down in Chi-Town over the weekend -- this party seemed to have several dozen guests swarming around a stripper wearing a top, but nothing down below. The partygoers, packed in shoulder-to-shoulder, made it rain on her and even got a little handsy. That might be great for her bottom line, but not so great for health. The video shows no one...
