Washington (CNN)Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham said on Thursday that he opposes censuring Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer amid a controversy over comments the New York Democrat made about Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch. Graham, a close ally of President Donald Trump, explained that his position on the issue is, in part, because Schumer walked back his remarks, but also because it could lead to Democrats attacking Trump. After a federal court ruled in the Trump administration favor, President Trump said they will start pulling federal funding for so-called sanctuary cities. The first case of COVID-19 has been confirmed in Minnesota. Health officials confirmed the case Friday afternoon. Earlier in the day, the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) had said the first 36 cases tested in the state had come back negative. Gov.
