Not Rounding Errors - It's Supposed To Be This Way Because of the way the math was done at the caucuses, many precincts wound up with an extra delegate that got "assigned" to one of the candidates at the end of the caucus. U.S. stock index futures rose on Thursday after China announced it will halve tariffs on U.S. imports totaling about $75 billion.
