TUPELO, Miss. (WTVA) - The district attorney’s office is now handling the case involving the death of a state transportation worker in Itawamba County. An 18-wheeler struck and killed Jeff Boren on Sept. 11 on Interstate 22. According to a district engineer, Boren was on the shoulder of the interstate picking up a road sign when the collision happened.

More than 50 people showed up in sub-freezing temperatures Wednesday in downtown Salt Lake City to thank Sen. Two students are dead and four are seriously injured after a driver reportedly hopped a curb outside of Moore High School in Moore, Oklahoma, and struck members of the cross-country and track team as they were starting their practice run after school.
