A California-based manufacturer of metal building panels will expand to Pennsylvania in an effort to better reach markets in the northeastern U.S., state officials announced Friday. All Weather Insulated Panels, which makes foam composite insulated metal panels at factories in Vacaville, California, and Little Rock, Arkansas, will invest $24 million to overhaul an existing facility in Stroud Township near the New Jersey state line.
