HENNING, Tenn. (WTVF) — A massive manhunt is underway for an "extremely dangerous" man who escaped the West Tennessee State Penitentiary in Henning, Tennessee. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation issued a Blue Alert for Curtis Ray Watson.
