The decision by former MI6 agent Christopher Steele, author of the infamous “Steele dossier” used by the Obama regime to ensnare the 2016 Trump campaign in a phony “Russian collusion” scandal, is a “strategic” one that ultimately will prove the FBI “lied to Congress,” the American people, and the FISA court, according to a former federal prosecutor. Joe diGenova told Fox News‘ Sean Hannity Tuesday night that Steele’s decision to talk to John “Bull” Durham, who was assigned to look into the origins of the collusion probe by Attorney General William Barr, no doubt was the result of an agreement...

Color us surprised. The nightly news obsession over nonexistent Trump-Russia collusion isn't abating. It's actually growing! They cannot be shamed. They cannot be shaken by inconvenient facts. It's been established there was no collusion, no obstruction, no high crime that's impeachable, and so what? The media are hammering this collusion theme more than ever. In the months we were writing our new book, "Unmasked: Big Media's War Against Trump," the most troublesome chapter dealt with Russia. As we went to press, the Mueller report had not yet been released. What dramatic ending would it bring? Truth be told, we expected...

set term limits for members of Congress and Supreme Court justices and place sharp restrictions on political contributions from corporations and wealthy individuals. The former Texas congressman will highlight the proposal during a voting rights-focused town hall event in Atlanta, Ga., Wednesday night. The plan, O’Rourke’s third policy rollout since announcing his presidential bid in March, is made up of three parts: "Increase participation in our Democracy," "Remove barriers within our Democracy," and "Rebuild Confidence in Our Democracy.” “We’re facing some of the greatest challenges of our lifetimes, and we can’t solve them with half-measures or only half our people—it’s...

As if controversy over the N-word were not enough to get the blood of many Americans boiling, now there’s an uproar over the O-word. And what on earth is the O-word? “Owner.” Apparently the term is too offensive for some in the National Basketball Association, and now there are reports that numerous teams in the NBA have had high-level discussions about moving away from the word “owner.” TMZ Sports says two teams have already implemented that policy. “We’re told the conversations essentially center around the idea that the term, owner — in a league where the majority of the players...

There’s Science and There’s Scientism, But Neil deGrasse Tyson Doesn’t Know That By David Mills Published on June 5, 2019 • David Mills Her daughter had gone to medical school and lost her faith, she said. The new doctor told her mom that she’d learned too much science to believe all that religious stuff anymore. Two other women in the audience added their own stories of raising their children in the Church only to see them seduced by “science.”A local church had asked me to speak on the subject “science or religion?” They chose the “or” in the title. Not “and.”...

An Escambia County woman was allegedly running around naked as she stabbed a man in Cantonment Sunday, according to a newly released arrest report. Keriah Renea Giomi, 25, was charged with aggravated battery, false imprisonment and destroying evidence. Deputies responded to the 300 block of Wegner Avenue about 4 p.m. Sunday in reference to an armed disturbance to fresh blood droplets on a concrete driveway. Giomi met deputies at the door of the home and made spontaneous statements, but exactly what she said was redacted from the arrest report. The stabbing victim checked into Sacred Heart Hospital’s emergency room. He...

Ott Velsberg, Estonia’s fresh-faced, 28-year-old chief data officer, is on a mission put AI into every part of the country’s public services, from healthcare to education and job centres. “The aim is to make government more proactive and responsive to people’s life-events,” says Velsberg. Instead of citizens having to apply for things like driver’s licences and school places, he envisions a system where public bodies can anticipate and preemptively respond to the needs people have at different stages of their life. “We’re not telling people what to do. That might happen in China but not in Estonia, or in Europe...

Democratic Georgia politician Stacey Abrams argued against Hollywood’s ban against the state of Georgia in response to the state’s new restrictive abortion law on MSNBC Tuesday night. Republican Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp signed a fetal heartbeat bill in May, which, in turn, has spurred many Hollywood actors and companies to halt film production in the state or to announce they will no longer work there.

On September 5, 2017, the Trump Administration announced their decision to terminate the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) initiative. Today, House Democrats took decisive action against these callous actions by passing H.R. 6, the Dream and Promise Act, to protect our nation’s Dreamers, as well as Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and Deferred Enforced Departure (DED) holders, allowing them to contribute fully to our country while providing a pathway to citizenship. San Francisco and America draw strength from our long, proud heritage as a nation of immigrants, who are the constant reinvigoration of our country. In San Francisco alone, 5,600...

In Jesus’ high priestly prayer in John 17, He says: “And now, Father, glorify Me together with Yourself, with the glory which I had with You before the world was” (v. 5). Here Jesus alludes to a position He held before creation. It is a tacit claim to His participation in the eternal glory of God. In the fourth century, the church faced a serious crisis with respect to the deity of Christ. The Arian heretics denied the deity of Christ, claiming that Jesus was a creature who was adopted into a special relationship with God. In their controversy with...

Three former high-ranking administrators have sued New York City Department of Education and Schools Chancellor Richard Carranza, claiming that they were demoted because they’re white. It’s an explosive charge, and one that must be proved—but the allegations reflect, at minimum, the intensifying racial tensions since Carranza took charge of the nation’s largest, most complex public school system 13 months ago. The chancellor threw down the race gauntlet virtually on Day One. He picked fights with white parents on the Upper West Side and in Brooklyn’s Park Slope, promised to achieve racial balance in the city’s famous selective-admissions high schools by...

Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem (Old Testament) 1 Kings 9 The Lord Appears to Solomon 9 When Solomon had finished building the temple of the Lord and the royal palace, and had achieved all he had desired to do, 2 the Lord appeared to him a second time, as he had appeared to him at Gibeon. 3 The Lord said to him: “I have heard the prayer and plea you have made before me; I have consecrated this temple, which you have built, by putting my Name there forever. My eyes and my heart will always be there. 4 “As for you,...

While in Verona, Italy on his last “last ever” world tour, Farewell Yellow Brick Road, Elton John told fans: “I’m ashamed of my country for what it has done. It’s torn people apart … I am sick to death of politicians, especially British politicians. “I am sick to death of Brexit. I am a European. I am not a stupid, colonial, imperialist English idiot.” An odd comment, that, coming from Sir Elton John.I guess his thinking has evolved since accepting knighthood – a symbol of the British Empire - in a ceremony at Buckingham Palace in 1998. At the time...

Subtly criticizing President Trump, Sen. Mitt Romney (R-Utah) called on policymakers Tuesday, in his first speech on the Senate floor, to develop a “comprehensive strategy” to respond to China's rapid rise. Romney included several veiled critiques of Trump's policies as he outlined the steps he thinks the country should take to respond to China's economic growth. Romney, who argued that China is poised to become America's “No. 1 geopolitical adversary,” urged American leaders to fortify the U.S. against future Chinese expansion and to take steps to slow China's rising power.

It takes a lot of resilience to look over one’s shoulder at California. We Americans are a proud people and love our country. We know we’re wildly imperfect, but we also have seen our country overcome difficulties to become a more perfect union. California, not so much. One glance at the formerly Golden State is a frightening embarrassment. The latest indictment of liberal leadership is the trash heap of Los Angeles. Literally. Despite the emergence of louse-borne typhus, Los Angeles can’t seem to get its act together. Steve Lopez of the Los Angeles Times reported a week ago on the...
