As President Donald Trump and his administration have ratcheted up pressure on Ukraine to stop striking Russian refineries, citing harm to American consumers, they have remained silent on recent Russian strikes on US businesses in Ukraine. Russia has escalated its attacks on facilities tied to American corporations – and civilian infrastructure in Ukraine writ large – over the past several months. According to Andy Hunder, the President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine, Russian missiles and drones have damaged facilities belonging to some of America’s most notable brands, including Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, McDonalds and Oreo. Although Russia has tried...

BJ Ganem@BJGanem·Oct 13Charlie Plumb reveals how a Navy fighter pilot survived 2,103 days in the Hanoi Hilton by changing one single word in his own head:He was tortured, isolated, and lied to for six straight years, and the ten lines below are the actual tools he used to come out the other side stronger instead of broken:1. Overconfidence gets you shot down. Before his 75th mission, Plumb believed nothing in the sky could touch him. That belief ended in about ninety seconds.I flew the skies of Vietnam thinking they didn’t have a missile big enough to shoot down Charlie Plumb.Pride is...

Infamous J-6 instigator Ray Epps never served time for any crimes after the January 6, 2021, protests and riot at the US Capitol. Ray Epps was listed as #16 on the FBI Most Wanted List for a few days after the January 6, 2021 protests until he was removed from the list. Epps led the charge on the US Capitol and was up front when protesters broke through two bike rack barriers. And it was Ray Epps who pushed a giant MAGA sign at police, a crime that sent at least eight protesters to prison for several years. Yet, Ray...

The narrowly averted hijacking of Flydubai Flight FZ1073 from Dubai to Tel Aviv in Israel inspired Al Qaeda to call for more copycat hijackings. A public statement issued by the terrorist organization pointed out that "it has been 25 long years since the 2001 triumph of taking down the twin towers in New York City showed what courage and self-sacrifice could accomplish against the evil American empire. Hamam al-Hammami showed that a single man could have succeeded in crashing a major airline craft. If he had chosen a softer target than a plane carrying so many battle-hardened Israelis he most...

The company says AI models may be mere months away from being able to copy and spread themselves onto internet-of-things devices such as smart ovens and TVs, making them difficult to stop should they decide to carry out cyberattacks. Anthropic announced this week that small AI models are just months away from being able to self-replicate themselves on internet-of-things devices such as smart ovens and TVs. That matters because today’s AI models operate in data centres, where the companies that own them can pull the plug if something goes wrong. A model scattered across thousands of poorly secured gadgets in...

ISRAEL, — Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) and U.S.-based firearms manufacturer SIG SAUER have completed live-fire testing of the FIRE STORM 250, a vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) drone armed with an M250 light machine gun. JoeLange@JoeLange·1hThe “Liddle” Ukrainian dictator is now experiencing the FO part of the equation. He thought he could just keep playing games. The GAME is over.Zelensky and the Iranian regime are the same. Both dictators who are still playing by the old rules. But the rules have completely changed.Zelensky still thinks he has “leverage.”He doesn’t know what “leverage” really is.He thought he could keep bombing Russian refineries after Trump told him to stop and he could gain leverage in the “negotiations.”But he’s completely misunderstanding what’s actually happening. There are no more “negotiations.”Trump gave Zelensky that opportunity over a year ago and he refused. It’s no longer a...

The adults running Washington’s schools keep telling girls to accept boys in their sports. On Tuesday, girls at Camas High School delivered their answer: They walked away from a race rather than compete against a boy. Nearly half of the girls’ cross-country team refused to compete against a male teammate, according to unDivided host Brandi Kruse, who shared footage recorded by Amy Sousa. The footage shows the starting gun going off and then a large group of girls stepping off the starting line and leaving the field. The walk-off came after two runners from rival Skyview High School staged a...

Sean 'Diddy' Combs' recent head injury was allegedly caused by a brawl with Jamaican drug lord Christopher 'Dudus' Coke, sources claimed. The disgraced rap mogul, 56, was rushed out of federal prison in New Jersey last Saturday morning to be treated at a hospital after being hurt behind bars. Now insiders allege he sustained the injury in a fight with Dudus, who succeeded his late father Lester Coke as the leader of the Jamaican gang Shower Posse, an outfit that exported marijuana and crack cocaine to the United States. Dudus was said to be angry with Diddy over the recent...

It was a real head of state. An Egyptian farmer allegedly struck gold after inadvertently coming upon the remains of a royal statue of Ramses II — the pharaoh who allegedly challenged Moses in the Bible. The watershed discovery was set in motion after a villager reportedly uncovered a carved stone block while tilling the land in front of his home in Behbeit El Hagar, in Gharbia province, the Egyptian Gazette reported. He reportedly flagged the local antiquities officials, after which a team working for the Supreme Council of Antiquities launched an excavation, according to Heritage Daily. What they exhumed...

Two powerful earthquakes have struck in the Atlantic Ocean, prompting one expert to warn of a possible seismic 'chain reaction' that could affect the US. The US Geological Survey (USGS) detected a magnitude 6.9 earthquake along the Mid-Atlantic Ridge between Africa and South America at 8.23am ET. A magnitude 6.7 quake struck less than seven hours earlier at 1.44am, just 50 miles north along the same seafloor fault line where the bottom of the ocean is slowly splitting apart. However, geophysicist Stefan Burns told the Daily Mail that the double earthquake was not only historic in size, but is likely...

From “no one is above the law” to “corrupt weaponization”: How Democratic rhetoric shifted when law enforcement targeted one of their own. Ironically, the investigation into Omar's activities, associations and finances first began in the Biden administration. ======================================================================== Democratic lawmakers who said in 2022 that an FBI search of former President Donald Trump's Florida home proved that no one is above the law are now calling the search of Rep. Ilhan Omar's home a political attack and an example of a weaponized Department of Justice (DOJ). Omar was first under the DOJ's microscope in 2024 to scrutinize her finances, campaign...

For more than a century, the prevailing fear, dating back to English economist Thomas Malthus who lived between 1766 to 1834, was of a booming population outrunning its food supply. Famine would ensue. But Von Foerster broke from that view. He assumed (correctly, as it turns out) that human ingenuity would keep the world mostly fed. The problem, he argued, was that the population would keep accelerating, toward “infinity.” In a now infamous quote, [University of Illinois physicist Heinz]von Foerster predicted, “Our great—great—grandchildren will not starve to death,” von Foerster and his co-authors wrote. “They will be squeezed to death.”...
