There’s nothing about Omar/Elmi that is genuine. Nothing.
Unless the Democrats take the House (as anticipated). Then she and a boatload of others will get away with all the fraud - laughing their collective asses off.
Meanwhile, DJT will be awarded his first and second Oak Leaf Cluster for his impeachment ribbon . . .
Let’s discuss what she is likely NOT in trouble: She’s not Trump or a MAGA person. Period. At most she’ll smirk off with some insulting to law order and justice slap on the wrist.
Well, a subtle reminder to her and other obfuscators, no one is above the law. Well, God is THE law so....... But as we continually see, nuthin’.

House has nothing to do with DOJ prosecutions/Homeland Security enforcement of immigration laws under Trump.
Not gonna happen.
Could be? Again with the maybe, might and possibly crap.
Wake me when she’s modeling an orange jumpsuit.
But the courts do. And sympathetic judges might help drag out any prosecution until Trump is no longer president.
And if the Democrats retake the presidency in 2028, the prosecution will be dropped and/or a presidential pardon would be forthcoming.
I expect she will claim political asylum or refugee status in Europe before the U.S. can revoke her citizenship and deport her, if not chare her criminally for marrying her brother and lying about it.
This will be the 17th time a democrat has been investigated by this administration. So far, there have been zero arrests.
In jail without her hijab. I cannot believe the photos of her without it. Now I know why she wears it.
Don’t bet on it.
I will bet on it.
Just deport her today and get it over with!
If Omar's citizenship is revoked, she is immediately disqualified to serve in Congress due to lack of being a citizen. There is no court that would allow a non-citizen to serve in Congress, as that is a clear Article I Section 2 violation of the Constitution.
Once Omar is removed from Congress, she loses her Congressional immunities and privileges.
