Congratulations FReepers and Patriots! According to Henchster's ongoing tallies, we've surpassed 750,000 participants in our nationwide Tax Day TEA Party/Tax Revolt! Woo hoo!! All 50 states fully engaged! Over 600 cities represented and reports still coming in! Huge turnout, huge SUCCESS!!
Elected officials take note: DO NOT TREAD ON ME!!
Tyranny, usurpation, corruption, overreaching, big spending, high taxing will no longer be tolerated!
We the people are FED-UP and we're not going to take it anymore!
Ignore us at your own peril! All Congressional seats, all elected offices throughout the land at risk!
Revolution is in the air!!

I did get to the Atlanta Tea Party—because it was in the evening. Sorry, bucko—the higher ups frown on abandoning patients at health facilities. Lunch hours or breaks?—are you kidding? I suggest that to get out a higher attendance-(witness the Atlanta crowd)-hold them all after work—or possibly start them at 5:30 to disrupt rush hr.

Concur completely. We would have literally gotten off a hospital bed to participate in this critical turning point in our fight against the ongoing Socialization of our Republic.
Missing work is NO excuse for failing to do some serious heavy lifting at this most portentous moment in our National History.

Set the date so it is not too hot in DC. Good idea - and the day has to have a name - and it needs to become an official holiday someday. We have to start somewhere.
Maybe in the fall - when the temps are bearable. I think you're on to something Citizen Tom Paine. Also the period costumes make us much less frightening to people who only know us as defined by liberals. It's a great touch.

When I went to the protest in Sac where they hung our soldier in effigy ... it poured rain. The next day I caught the WORST flu I ever had ... I thought I was going to die ... but I would do it again. I did get on Hannity and Colmes for my effort though ...

Well, these TEA Parties are bypassing the mainstream media, bypassing Rush, bypassing our political parties, and bypassing our elected “servants.” What we are seeing and hearing is the voice of the people, direct from the people. And it’s loud and clear!
We the people are pissed and the tyrants who brought us down are going to hear from us soon!!
To: Jim Robinson
I Think the march on Washington should be callrd The Million PATRIOT March...that way when the stupidos on the left refer to it, they have to call us Patriots. I know they won’t but the word patriot needs to be in their face all the same.

Sierra Vista, Arizona. the Tax Day Tea Party event she helped organize at Veterans Memorial Park on Wednesday say Organizers, had a petition that 1,200 people signed. Copies of that document will be headed to lawmakers offices, hopefully for their review.

Thank you. Excellent reporting. It would be good, however, to have State Names in the list of cities, since the cities are in alphabetical order by state. LOL.
I think FreeRepublic should put out a Press Release to various parts of the MSM, including Fox, with a probable guarantee that only Fox will report the totals.
