Pinellas Pasco Judge Greer set October 15, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. for her feeding tube to be removed. There's something wrong with Florida's exit protocols and the way the courts handle new information re: criminality (misrepresentation, attempted murder, etc.) affecting a case. There was no living will, only the assertion of a very suspect, so-called husband, his brother, etc. that Terri would not want to live on life support. Terri is not on life support, she is not comatose or PVS and she is not living "artificially". She does get sustenance from a feeding tube but only because she has been denied rehabilitation by her so-called husband after he won a malpratice lawsuit three years after her collapse (cause unknown but probably due to strangulation or physical abuse, or both) which is why Terri needs an army of supporters to spread her story from coast to coast. Terri has retained rights that are being sidestepped because she is disabled and has been denied rehabilitation! The technologies of rehabilitation have greatly improved exponentially yet Judge Greer has not let Terri have a chance to learn to eat or to be able to learn to speak/communicate again. Also new information bearing on the case which shows criminality on husband's side has not been considered by the 2nd District Court of Appeals who handed down Mandate for termination of Terri's feeding based upon testimony of criminal husband and brother as above stated. Who is next?

So does anyone know how popular Felos is in Pinellas County? I understand that he may have held office at one time, but I cannot recall the details. Is he Democrat? I assumne that Kevorkian was Democrat; Kevorkian's attorney ran for governor of MI a few years back and was defeated by John Engler.

Wow. I can't really help you out on his political affilliation, but I can tell you he never held public office. He was, however, on the board of Hospice and stepped off once Terri was taken there. I imagine he might still have ties to the organization.

I don't think he's hand over fist successful. He's got a small office down the road from me favorite Irish pub in Dunedin. Thankfully, I've never run into him there.

When I attended his right to die seminar a while back, he packed in a whopping crowd of 11. Most of which, by the end of his presentation, seemed completely turned off.

The only real affilliation he has that is of interest to me is that he is/was a governor for a Hellenic org that was run in Ohio by Gust Bambakidis. Gust's brother is Dr. Peter Bambakidis.

You'll remember Peter Bambakidis was the "Court appointed" and "independent" examining physician in the 2002 trial.

So why do Bush and Crist say there is nothing but "hearsay" about impropriety involving Greer, Felos, and Schiavo? Are there heads in the FL sand?

Oh, 'the point' was basically just a repeat of the earlier hour. I don't think he added much, it was for folks who were tuning in late. The premium service is also a place where he can archive the stuff.

Let me explain my fears.
(deep breath)......I have alot of experience with people like this. They are truly powerless on the inside, and that is why they turn to things like New Age crap and Witchcraft. If he talks about this kind of stuff, he really is a mess.
I used to be very heavy into the pagan community here in the bay area. I used to be a preistess. I got out, got healthy, and found Christ. But I could tell you stories for years.....
