Pinellas Pasco Judge Greer set October 15, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. for her feeding tube to be removed. There's something wrong with Florida's exit protocols and the way the courts handle new information re: criminality (misrepresentation, attempted murder, etc.) affecting a case. There was no living will, only the assertion of a very suspect, so-called husband, his brother, etc. that Terri would not want to live on life support. Terri is not on life support, she is not comatose or PVS and she is not living "artificially". She does get sustenance from a feeding tube but only because she has been denied rehabilitation by her so-called husband after he won a malpratice lawsuit three years after her collapse (cause unknown but probably due to strangulation or physical abuse, or both) which is why Terri needs an army of supporters to spread her story from coast to coast. Terri has retained rights that are being sidestepped because she is disabled and has been denied rehabilitation! The technologies of rehabilitation have greatly improved exponentially yet Judge Greer has not let Terri have a chance to learn to eat or to be able to learn to speak/communicate again. Also new information bearing on the case which shows criminality on husband's side has not been considered by the 2nd District Court of Appeals who handed down Mandate for termination of Terri's feeding based upon testimony of criminal husband and brother as above stated. Who is next?

I am so terribly sad about this case. I can't believe those judges can get away with this. I know for sure I would tell Michael that Terri's feeding tube is his life line as well.

Yes, there really was no time to really get into it. They mentioned the website, but didn't put it up on the screen. That was disappointing. Hopefully some people did go look for it though.

I think we all really just don't know what authority he has. It only seems logical that he should have some way of stopping such an obvious case of judicial misconduct. But who knows - we are talking about Florida, after all.

1. MICHAEL SCHIAVO HAS FAILED TO PROVIDE REHABILITATIVE SERVICES FOR TERRY
SCHIAVO.

2. TERRY SCHIAVO DID NOT HAVE LEGAL REPRESENTATION IN COURT WHILE THE
PROCEEDINGS WERE GOING ON. HER PARENTS HAD LEGAL REPRESENTATION, HER HUSBAND
HAD LEGAL REPRESENTATION BUT TERRY DID NOT.

3. THE BASIS OF REMOVAL OF THE FEEDING TUBE WAS SOLELY ON THE
RECOMMENDATION OF THE PHYSICIAN APPOINTED BY THE COURT. HOWEVER, PHYSICIANS
DO NOT HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE OR EXPERTISE TO DIAGNOSE REHABILITATIVE PROBLEMS
NOR DO MANY OF THEM EVEN UNDERSTAND HANDICAPPED CONDITIONS. AT NO TIME WAS A
REHABILITATIVE TEAM APPOINTED TO DIAGNOSE OR ASSESS TERRI'S SITUATION.

4. LEGAL REPRESENTATION SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE HUSBAND AND AWARDED TO
THE STATE OF FLORIDA OR A THIRD PARTY.

5. ALL LEGAL PROCEEDINGS SHOULD BE SQUASHED AND RENDERED NULL AND VOID.

This case has really woke me up!! I have talked with my parents about my wishes. I wrote everything down. On my computer, in my files, a copy to my mother!! I dont ever want someone like Michael deciding my fate.

Prayers for Terri. She needs a miracle, and only God is able to grant one of those!!

I hope so too. That's what we are all praying for. In the Old Testament, when the going got tough, that's when the people turned back to God. When everything and everyone else failed them, they turned back to God. That's when he delivered them. He wants to do us good and not harm. But He wants us to turn to Him first:

Let's keep remembering that God is greater than anything they can throw at us, and keep trusting He will deliver Terri into her parents' hands. And we have to have faith that He will do it, even if it's only the faith of a mustard seed, which is quite tiny:

I pray you're right. Thank you for the reminder that we NEED to turn to Him. Such a simple solution, from the beginning of time...and one that's been forgotten over & over again.

I have cancer that is likely to be terminal soon, and I let two of my sons know tonight what my wishes are now, in the spiritual condition I'm in before pain or incapacity gets in the way: they are to do the *right* thing before God, not me. That is, not to prolong my life if I'm going to die anyway, and they are just dragging it on. But as long as I'm alive, to end my life, no matter my real or perceived suffering, is murder. If I were to beg them, they are to say no. It might be horrible for them and for me, but the answer is no. And the same for them.

Terri's husband, and the courts, are horrible, gut-wrenchingly evil. We pray they're not successful. Oh, God! Two of my children are severely autistic. Terri won't understand what's happening. She'll just suffer, and won't understand why. She won't blame anyone around her. She'll just wait for someone to relieve her thirst, and not understand why no one does, and she'll die. And she will have been murdered.

And no one who could have done so will have screamed NOOOO! and spirited her away and challenged all comers to defy their authority to give her the life God and the Constitution gave them to stop this outright open and outrageous murder.

There are two people who can stop this now, who do have the power to stop this now, and they won't, and claim they don't have the power to stop it, when they have all the power in the world to stop it, and then challenge their power and survive and be ultimate heroes, but we all know they won't.

Those two people are George W and Jeb Bush. They are the only ones capable of wielding the swords left to defend this helpless woman. Do they not, what do any of us hope?

I keep hearing, what can Jeb Bush do? What can he DO? He's the freaking Governor of Florida! And George W is the President of the United States! They can take Terri under the protection of the State of Florida and the United States Government and they can do the RIGHT THING! They could finaly do what the government is meant to do and protect a citizen. And they won't. They'll publically regret.

Both the POS and Govenor of Florida could prevent this, and they won't. Terri is going to die, and there are going to be a few cocodile tears because of her, but not for long.
