Boycott Hollywood Anti-Americans List Updated

updated list to include Dustin Hoffman, who recently opened his big mouth...
We the undersigned American Citizens stand against Wealthy Hollywood Celebrities abusing their status to speak for us. We do not believe that they have a clear understanding of how we live, what we fear, and what we support. We believe that celebrities Martin Sheen, Mike Farrell, Tim Robbins, Rob Reiner, Barbara Streisand, and others with them are using their celebrity to interfere with the defense of our country. We believe that Hollywood Celebrities use their wealth to make their own personal issues known while Americans would never have the resources to speak out in this manner. We support President Bush in his efforts to defend our homeland, to defend democracy, and to take any measures to end the threat of terrorism. We do not claim to know more than anyone, especially President Bush. We elect a President who we can trust to make proper decisions based on facts available to him and not available to the rest of us. This is one reason trustworthiness and character is important in the people we elect into office. War is not easy, there are many before us who sacrificed their lives for freedom and if supporting citizens in other countries who cry out for democracy and freedom aids in the war against terrorism we support it. This Statement and its signatures will be published publicly and or delivered to Martin Sheen and Mike Farrell.

Support a sin tax on movie tickets to help ameliorate the damage that Hollywood and the entertainment industry has done to young minds. It goes along well with all the other nutty sin taxes that Hollywood Leftists are supporting.

In Britain stars trying to mobilise celebrity interest in publicising the anti-war moment are meeting reluctance. Among those actors who have put their heads above the parapet to call for peace are Mark Rylance, Julia Sawalha, Stephen Fry, Roger Allum and Saffron Burrows. The artist Sam Taylor-Wood and the writers Harold Pinter and Will Self have also taken part in anti-war events. From the world of film, directors Ken Loach, Antonia Bird, Terry Gilliam and Michael Winterbottom have spoken out, as have business figures Richard Branson and Anita Roddick. But stars of the music scene have proved wary - with the notable exceptions of Nitin Sawhney and Brian Eno - despite the fact that Damon Albarn from Blur and Robert Del Naja from Massive Attack are key players in the movement on this side of the Atlantic.

I haven't been in a movie theatre since the mid 80's because I refuse to give my hard earned money to liberal Hollywood actors. When it comes to TV, I watch TLC, HGTV, Food Network, and Fox News more than anything else.

I enjoyed watching Susan Sarandon in "Atlantic City" (with Burt Lancaster) standing in front of a window washing her breasts with lemon juice to get the smell of fish off her skin from her job at a casino shucking oysters. She was pretty sexy in "White Castle" too.

Whether alphabetized or not, this list still is full of typos. Try to make it look less illiterate. See reply 32.

I think Leno may have become a Bush convert. He recently had Bill Maher on the show and was arguing with him about Maher's leftist crapola. When Maher started attacking Bush, saying he was "devious" and dishonest, Leno defended him by telling how his wife Mavis, whose long-time cause was heading a group to help the women of Afghanistan, went to the White House for aid after the Taliban was kicked out. Leno said she's a lifelong Democrat from a big union family and didn't expect they'd even talk to her, so she was stunned when they ushered her into a meeting with Colin Powell and Condi Rice who asked, "What do you need?" He said she told them...And they not only promised to provide it, but then, they actually DID it! They kept their promise! If it had been the Clinton White House, they would've hit her up for a big contribution (or a BJ), made her some empty promises, and never followed through.
Ever since then, I've noticed that whenever there's some big news story involving Bush, like the State of the Union Address, Leno will do his usual "dumb Bush" jokes, but then he has Dennis Miller come on, knowing that Miller will support Bush and lambaste liberals. And unlike with Maher's appearances, Leno never argues with him, he just lets Miller rant while Leno sits behind the desk, laughs and feeds him straight lines. Miller has been on Leno's show about three times in the past six weeks, which is highly unusual booking procedure, unless there's an ulterior motive. I think it's Leno's way of supporting Bush without having to admit that he does.

Sam Jackson isn't, to my knowledge. He signed a piece of paper against the war on Iraq. Okay, not a good thing but he didn't publicize it and doesn't shoot his mouth off, he's allowed his opinion. He shouldn't have been on that list while others like Ben Affleck and Jennifer Aniston were not. Ditto for Dennis Weaver.
To: HHFi
That is a pretty weird booking procedure, sounds like Dennis Miller is becoming Jay's 'David Brenner..' (the guy who steps in at the last minute when a guest cancels on Johnny Carson)
Good to hear that Dennis is Conservative/Libertarian

Somebody should take full page ads in one or two of the New York and LA newspapers saying something like this.... ATTENTION! ALL CELEBRITIES WHO HAVE NOT YET MADE PUBLIC THEIR OPINION ON THE WAR AND THE BUSH ADMINISTRATION!
DON'T!!!
We the people of this great country do not want to boycott your movies. We like seeing you on the big and small screen. What we will not tolerate, however, is your blithering, idiotic and uninformed comments concerning our President and the possibility of America defending herself against unprevoked attacks. We don't care what your politics are or how you vote, but you must stop using your vocations as a political soapbox. You're risking your careers and future income.
Sincerely -- All Americans who love their country and support their troops.

Thanks for the Alpha list. Easier to read and see at a glance. I'm not surprised at this list at all and the people on it are not ones I would watch in anything anyway. Not seeing the majority of these names breaking records or hauling in the awards either by the way look at some of the names...aging stars...elliott gould? Asner? saarndin? Yipes...wouldn't waste my precious time with any of them. Thanks.

Ron Silver supports Bush (according to Fox News headline I just heard).
