WASHINGTON – A U.S. senator has weighed in on the continuing controversy over Barack Obama's eligibility for office by saying he has never seen proof the new president was actually born in Hawaii.
"Well, his father was Kenyan and they said he was born in Hawaii, but I haven't seen any birth certificate," Sen. Richard Shelby, R-Ala., told constituents in Cullman County. "You have to be born in America to be president."

Just one error in your timeline summary. Jr announced in time to make the evening newscasts while at a rally in N.C. that Grandma Dunham had passed away. He knew in the morning but said nothing. Timing is everything to Jr.
What do you mean?
“If he is found to be ineligible to be president, all EO’s, all laws he signs, all orders he issued to the military, all cabinet appointments and their changes to regulations will all become null and void. Essentially, we reset back to January 19, 2009.”
This is only automatic if Congress does nothing, I’m told. Congress can vote to “take it up” and yea or nay each item.
Why don't you read the question to which I was responding, and then my comment before trying to shout at me? The question to which I was responding said that Obama wouldn't be a natural born citizen even if he were born in the US. I resoponded that that he in fact would be a US citizen if he were born in the US.

Noooooooo Jr waited until the evening newscasts of Monday, November 3rd, 2008 to make the announcement. His schedule was light that day and his first appearance was in FL, NC was his last appearance when he made the announcement and when the majority of presstitutes ignored his monumental gaffe when he announced, “Well she’s gone, she was born in 1922 which means she lived through the Great Depression and two world wars....” (paraphrased but essentially what he said, so the presstitutes didn’t point out his ignorance on the two world wars claim, since Grandma was born 4 years AFTER WWI ended!)I could say the timing was essential to his win, going after the sympathy vote!
