To: Blood of Tyrants

“If he is found to be ineligible to be president, all EO’s, all laws he signs, all orders he issued to the military, all cabinet appointments and their changes to regulations will all become null and void. Essentially, we reset back to January 19, 2009.”

This is only automatic if Congress does nothing, I’m told. Congress can vote to “take it up” and yea or nay each item.

I do not believe that. There is nothing in the Constitution that allows it. If a law, EO, regulation is passed in an unconstitutional manner, i.e. by someone not eligible to be president, then it has no authority, no matter what Congress does.
