Prudent people never condemn the truth. This is reserved only for the Democratic Communists Party. Hey ScaryKeery, the truth hurts doesn't it (bOY)?.

Hi Aunt Polgara,

The last three times I tried to access their "poll", the site wouldn't load. Guess they aren't set up for a tie or a "no" vote lead-ha.
Thanks for the opportunity to freep it.

LEGALLY .. BUSH CANNOT CONDEMN THE ADS!!
That's why Bush isn't commenting on it .. legally HE CAN'T.
I wish everybody would get a grip and get off this idea that Bush has to support the ads or the book or it won't be legitimate. THE TRUTH IS LEGIMACY ENOUGH AND IT DOESN'T NEED THE PRESIDENT'S OKAY!!

With my "no" vote the count is:
Yes 10,0015
No 10,112
I do not think he legally can, as it could be taken as a form coordinating with the organization.
Yes, 10015 50%
No 10177 50%
I like what Rush had to say about this yesterday. People have asked GW to say that these ads should be stopped. But if they stopped the ads at the request of Bush, this would be seized upon as illegal coordination between Bush and the 527 organization. Under the McCain/Feingold campaign law, he literally cannot tell a 527 what to do at all.

Now 49% yes, 51% no.
I completely agree with you on that point. Have you seen Fahrenheit 9/11? I have not as of yet.
Actually, meeps, I have better things to do with my money than to raise my blood pressure. :)
Bush can't interfere with them or he would be breaking the new campaign laws under for working with them by telling them what to do.
It's "freeping" close...
