Blogger admits Hawaii birth certificate forgery, subverting Obama claims (Uh-oh)

Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears.

The evidence of forgery and manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the detective work of independent investigative journalists and imaging professionals in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate the Daily Kos, an extreme left blog site, and the Obama campaign, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance.

The perceived unreliability of the image has provoked petitions and widespread demands for Obama to submit for objective inspection the paper versions of the "birth certificate" he claimed in his book Dreams from My Father was in his possession, as well as the paper version of the Certificate of Live Birth for which the image on the Daily Kos and the Obama "Fight the Smears" website was supposedly generated.

Without a valid birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he fulfills the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution, throwing into doubt his eligibility to run for President.

McKinnon, who says he is 25-30 years old, operates a website called OpenDNA.com and uses the OpenDNA screen name on various web sites and blogs, including his comments and diary on The Daily Kos. In recent years he has divided his time between Long Beach, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Democratic political activist, frequent contributor to the left wing Daily Kos blog, and a fervent Barack Obama supporter.

If forced between choosing Obama or Hillary for president, I'd take Obama. Not because of ideology, but because of effectiveness. Obama is frankly an AA-grade idiot. His strength is in using a teleprompter to adeptly regurgitate lukewarm speeches, written by other people, in front of friendly audiences and an adoring media.

Hillary is extremely intelligent, and would be effective in destroying America (while Obama will have grander plans of destruction, but fail miserably in their execution). Hell, the Clinton machine already infects much of the government, especially the state department. While Obama would spend 2 years with training wheels, Hillary would hit the ground at maximum speed. And let's be honest about Iraq and the WOT - none of the candidates are going to change policy in any significant way when they hold the reigns of power.

The only two reasons I would briefly hesitate in making the above choice are
(1) Obama's wife. She is a deranged, vindictive, cold psycho b****. There is much more to her than meets the eye.
(2) The fallout of the neo-Messiah being dethroned would cause a MASSIVE democrat rift felt for decades. Possible popcorn overdose.

Obama’s fake BC has ‘filed on’ date as opposed to ‘accepted on’ date because it was not presented by a hospital.

I keep stating that. All known valid certificates say "Date ACCEPTED by STATE Registrar", but not Obama's!!!

Interesting proposition. If he were shown not to be a citizen prior to the convention, Hillary would almost certainly get the nomination.

If he were nominated and then shown not to be a citizen prior to the election, two courses of action seem open. First, an emergency party convention could be held and HRC would get the nomination. In the second course, they could continue supporting him at whatever the cost reasoning that they had gone too far to drop his nomination. The first case would run into all sorts of legal problems and contravene all sorts of party rules. The second case could ensure their defeat if McCain decides to use his opponent's lack of qualifications for the job as a campaign issue.

If Obama is actually elected and then shown not to be a citizen prior to the swearing in ceremony, the Chief Justice would presumably decline to swear him into office on the basis of his not being a citizen.

This brings up the final scenario. Obama is elected, shown not to be eligible for office and 'accidents' occur leaving only Justice Ginsburg or Souter alive. Then Ginsburg or Souter would swear him in in a New York minute. After all, that 'natural born citizen' stuff was written by dead white men in a different time, we live in a brave new multicultural world, and the Constitution, being a living document, needs to change with the times.

He doesn’t even have to produce a birth certificate.
Hospital records, nursery school / daycare records, mother’s school records while she was a student - hard to have a baby abroad if she was in class the week before birth, for example.

Hillary. She only cares about herself, so she wouldn't let things get much worse than Jimmy Carter did.

Obama, OTOH, is one scary dude. Born of a Muslim father, a supporter of the nation of Islam, and Palestine, and a 20 year member of a church that preaches Black Liberation Theology, to say nothing of his policies.

At this point I have little hope that McCain would be much better than Hillary, but I know that either one of them would be 1000 times better than Obama.

That makes the most likely explanation that his real Certificate of Live Birth would unquestionably show he cannot hold the office of president.

I'm beginning to think that may be it since other explanations are just not persuasive.

I just don’t take this too seriously. I’d love for it to be true, but it sounds more like a setup. And it’s a false trail to throw us off his liberal agenda. Once they prove he was born in the US...then they’ll say what will they attack and lie about next?

If he wasn’t born in Hawaii...where was he born? No one is saying he was born in country X so without that there isn’t much of a case. If he’s always said he was a citizen...then most will consider him ok. It’s easy to forge an old doc (at least good enough for willing accomplices to accept). Unless you have evidence where Obama has said he was born elsewhere...we shoudl let this go.

I still think it's not WHERE he was born that he'd like not to be made public, but other information on the BC = like was his name listed as BHO or Barry Dunham - and he changed it later, to Muslim names, and when and why =

"African" is not a race and would not have been listed as such. Many people of all colors and races are born in Africa.

Perhaps the real BC reveals his parents weren't married at the time....

I think he was probably born in Hawaii, but it's other info he wants to keep from disclosure.
