Obama’s fake BC has ‘filed on’ date as opposed to ‘accepted on’ date because it was not presented by a hospital.

I keep stating that. All known valid certificates say "Date ACCEPTED by STATE Registrar", but not Obama's!!!

Mine says “DATE RECEIVED BY LOCAL REGISTRAR”. As opposed to “accepted” (Why it’s in all caps in the original, I couldn’t say).

then, remember, there's the seal - rather, the lack of a seal. NO certification of birth leaves a city hall, or would be valid, without the embossed seal of said city - clearly visible from both sides...

There is no seal......
