In 2015, researchers reported that cod caught off the North American coast around 6,500 years ago by Stone Age hunter-gatherers contained more than 20 times the levels of mercury recommended for humans today... They analyzed the chemical composition of bones of animals, like Atlantic cod and harp seals, disposed of in ancient garbage pits, and so preserved to this day. Both species were among the main ingredients in the diet of the local people, even if the early hunter-gatherers, based on cut marks found on the bones, also successfully hunted for haddock, whale, dolphin, reindeer and beaver.
The analyzed bones of the cod at these sites contained more than 20 times the maximum level of cadmium and up to four times the highest level of lead that today food safety authorities consider safe. Cadmium can cause kidney, liver, and lung diseases, while lead attacks the nervous system. The studied seal bones contained up to 15 times the recommended levels of cadmium, up to four times the recommended levels of lead, and high levels of mercury. Mercury can cause kidney problems and also damages the nervous system...
During the Last Glacial Maximum, about 20,000 years ago, sea levels were more than 900 feet (300 meters) lower, exposing large parts of the shelf areas of the continents Weathering and erosion caused rocks to break down, releasing heavy metals into the soil. At the end of the last ice-age, between about 14,000 and 6,000 years ago, the sea levels rebounded. The previously exposed areas were inundated and the metals became dissolved in the seawater. Over time the heavy metals will accumulate in the marine food chain, with humans acting as apex predator and getting the highest potentially toxic levels.

No no no. It's true that some of it was caused by erosion after the ice age and sure industry contributes, but most of it was because there weren't enough abortions back then. If you don't abort enough children, then the sea fills with toxic metal. It's the science and experts agree, a new study finds.
That’s pretty typical. If he has the well drillers log, he can see if well is confined with a clay layer. The clay layer prevents surface water and other contaminants from enter the aquafer at least in the vicinity of their well.
Groundwater from a well is typically considered free of bacteria and safe to drink with out having to add any chlorine.
If you call this living!
Did you get you time machine from Heathkit? That's how I built mine.
Back then it was good for you, now things have changed and we must bow to the politically correct ways and foods.
And looks like Neanderthals invented the restaurant with a view!
That’s cool

This article is scientific garbage. 6000 years ago sea levels were only moderately lower than today. 20,000 years ago they were over 350 feet lower.
Hell, in the article they define the end of the age as 6000 to 14000 years ago. What total crap is the article. Their lack of scientific knowlege also makes me wonder how good their quantitative chemical analysis of those bones were. Did they account for the heavy metals in the soil the bones were buried in. Did they account for the local waters content of heavy metal. Do they realize that calcium in bones can be slowly replaced by heavy metals in the ground water? Did they account for the many multiple variables. I believe this article, not!
That article is scientific crap parading as science.
Relative to the end of the ice age by definition we are still in one as the icecaps have not melted. They may or may not and we could go into full blown ice age again and if they melt the seas will rise.

Uniformism (noun) the doctrine of uniformity in the geological history of the earth; — in part equivalent to uniformitarianism, but also used, more broadly, as opposed to catastrophism...
That’s what you are up against. Steinbacher keeps them awake at night, just as Velikovsky did.
Monkey blood!!
Hey, I just gave Dems a new talking point about what will happen to us if we don't pass the Green New Deal..😋.
We have two adjacent subdivision utilizing the same deep well. We get periodic reports on the lab test results of our system water.
Very interesting read.
In the statistics course in b-school, one of the examples was a paper company’s increased “contribution” of mercury to a river over and beyond its natural level (from runoff).
The company paid compensation for the difference. Can’t remember to who, though (state/towns/Feds).

Yes, but you know exactly how those toxic substances got into earth’s H20. All that material out of the grand canyon and other places reduced to constituent elements, including toxins , by nature’s particle accelerator plasma storms world wide.
Others do not know exactly, like the rubes who wrote the explanation of their otherwise unexplainable findings. We are to believe that these toxins were absorbed by the world water supply because the glaciers melted and caused the to dissolve from a general rise in the oceans? No where nearly enough tonnage to make anywhere near their findings through a leaching process involving water and exposed mineral deposits.
Mercury , cadmium, silica all are a byproducts of huge ejecta clouds due to self sustained continuous plasma strikes, so hot and continuous that these rarer elements such as cadmium and mercury were deposited by the violent storms directly into earths water supply:
“Lightning in this region had to be imposing. A plasma intensifies in a shear zone, meaning it generates ion content due to the shearing and extreme temperature and pressure differentials. Shearing supersonic winds bounce shock waves between them, generating the highest current density in jet-streams that extended for thousands of miles. Lightning discharged from these plasma streams focused on the piling mountains below with the capacity of a thousand-mile-long thunderstorm being continually fed new energy.”

Yeah, Aren’t we supposed to start glowing from eating certain seafoods with extinction of human life soon—maybe before global warming drowns us or fries us.
Oh, that’s OK I guess the latest pandemic will get us next month.
Oh look it’s cousin it.
thanks for the link, extraordinary content.
Unpossible.
All toxic levels of toxic thingies has happened in the last 50 years, and were made worse by Republican Presidents.
Before America, indeed, the world was a good and happy place of socialist monarchies and tribal nature-harmonists.
We need to kill off 90% of the world population, starting with white people, in order to restore the earth to sustainability.
And I’m just the one to lead, benevolently, the remaining 10%.
(Do I really need a /sarc tag?)
