Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.

I wonder if there is/was a less capable version that had been running at some point. If you really pay close attention to details in stories it almost seems that whomever wrote the matrix cant help but to rub it in our faces. Dr Zwiebel doing odor research, Nguyen at Rice found grains, other stories, its like someone knows these things go together somehow but goes about linking them either without understanding what is really said or knows full well that theres a joke there and assumes we will never get it.

I know ASTOR died on titanic. I had also read that the fire started before the voyage. I have read a conspiracy that the bankers opposed to the bill establishing the Federal Reserve Bank were the reason for the disaster.
I had not made the connection of roast being an anagram of ASTOR. Trivia note: IIRC, I read that an Astor was one of the first big whigs to pass inheritance to his relations/children, rather than charity.

This is the annual educational technology conference sponsored by Arizona State University and Global Silicon Valley (a venture capital and consulting firm, with a strong focus on edtech). I used to go to this conference, but have missed it the past few years.
This year's conference started today, and the keynotes are being broadcast live on YouTube. The first talk was by Harvard Professor Tal Ben-Shahar, one of the academic gurus of what it takes to be happy. The second session was a conversation between ASU President Michael Crow and Cindy McCain, with Michael asking Cindy how to make the world a better place. Cindy's hot topic is human trafficking, of all things.
The keynote roster for this conference makes this a major cabalist meeting place. It includes Tony Blair, Priscilla Chan (Zuck's other half), Karl Rove, Deval Patrick, Andre Agassi, Common. Past speakers have included Bill Gates, Richard Branson, Arne Duncan, George W. Bush, Condaleeza Rice, Penny Pritzker.
These are the folks who want to determine the future of technology in education.

I am not sure of your frame of reference here. County judges are generally elected, some state judges. Federal judges are chosen by POTUS and approved by the Senate. On the district level the senator(s) that represent that district recommend nominees to POTUS - and they fly through approval by the whole Senate. That is how the Ninth Circus has become a corrupt shadow of the radical Dems (RBG).
If POTUS started appointing new federal judicial seats we would have the same sort of constitutional crisis that we had when FDR threatened to stack the SCOTUS with as many seats as he needed in order to push his progressive agenda.
In my somewhat worthless opinion what PDJT needs to do is hold a prime time Oval Office speech declaring that judges cannot determine what constitutes threats to national security and cannot arbitrarily tie the president's hands in emergencies... that Congress MUST pass laws responsive to their constituents' needs and demands.
In the meantime POTUS must act in response to his sworn duty to protect the American people... etc.

In view of the complexity of doing this over an extended number of Q messages I think that no, its not a binary code associated a computer language. (There maybe a message, but cryptographic.)
