Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears.
The evidence of forgery and manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the detective work of independent investigative journalists and imaging professionals in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate the Daily Kos, an extreme left blog site, and the Obama campaign, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance.
The perceived unreliability of the image has provoked petitions and widespread demands for Obama to submit for objective inspection the paper versions of the "birth certificate" he claimed in his book Dreams from My Father was in his possession, as well as the paper version of the Certificate of Live Birth for which the image on the Daily Kos and the Obama "Fight the Smears" website was supposedly generated.
Without a valid birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he fulfills the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution, throwing into doubt his eligibility to run for President.
McKinnon, who says he is 25-30 years old, operates a website called OpenDNA.com and uses the OpenDNA screen name on various web sites and blogs, including his comments and diary on The Daily Kos. In recent years he has divided his time between Long Beach, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Democratic political activist, frequent contributor to the left wing Daily Kos blog, and a fervent Barack Obama supporter.

That Canadian ‘birth certificate’ was probably raised to make us look stupid.

According to his Uncle Sayid, Barack was there in 1986, 1992, & 2006. The last two times he went, he brought Michelle. He went on two fact finding missions prior to writing his memoirs that included the ‘86 & ‘92 trips.

26. In or about 1967, when Obama was approximately six (6) years old, his mother, Stanley Ann Dunham marries Lolo Soetoro, a citizen of Indonesia and moved to Indonesia with Obama. At this time, if Obama was Registered as a “natural born” citizen, which he did not qualify to be registered as, he would have lost his U.S. Citizenship when his mother marries Lolo Soetoro and took up residency in Indonesia. The first requirement is that naturalization must be achieved through “application.” Such type of naturalization occurs, for example, when a person acquires a foreign nationality by marriage to a national of that country. Nationality Act of 1940, Section 317(b). Additionally, there is a rumor circulating on the Internet that his Indonesian stepfather, Lolo Soetoro, adopted Obama.
27. The Nationality Act of 1940 provided for the loss of citizenship when the person became naturalized upon the naturalization of his or her parent having custody of such person. Obama’s mother expatriated her U.S. Citizenship when she married Lolo Soetoro, a citizen of Indonesia and relocated her and her son (Obama) to Indonesia.
28. Obama was enrolled by his parents in a public school, Fransiskus Assisi School in Jakarta, Indonesia. Plaintiff has received copies of the school registration where it clearly states Obama’s name as Barry Soetoro and lists his citizenship as Indonesian. Obama’s father is listed as Lolo Soetoro, Obama’s date of birth and place of birth are listed as August 4, 1961 in Honolulu and Obama’s Religion is listed as Islam. This document was verified by television show Inside Edition, whose reporter, Matt Meagher took the actual footage of the school record.
Sometime around 1971 Obama returned to Hawaii to live with his maternal grandparents, soon afterwards after having had divorced Lolo Soetoro, Stanley Ann Dunham also returned to Hawaii, where the lawsuit claims that she did not take the appropriate steps to reinstate her U.S. Citizenship.
32. Obama’s mother failed to take the oath in order to regain her U.S. Citizenship. Therefore, Obama would not have been able to regain his U.S. Citizenship until he turned eighteen (18) years after he took the oath of allegiance before a diplomatic or consular officer of the United States, or in the U.S. before the Attorney General or the judge or clerk of court. Plaintiff is informed, believes and thereon alleges Obama failed to regain his citizenship by taking the oath of allegiance. Since the oath of allegiance would have been entered in the records of the appropriate embassy, legation, consulate, court or the Attorney General, if Plaintiff is incorrect, then Obama should be able to produce in Court a certified copy of the proceedings, including a copy of the oath administered.
33. Investigation further showed in 1981, Obama traveled to Pakistan using his Indonesian passport. At the time of travels to Indonesia, Obama was twenty (20) years old. He was well aware he maintained his Indonesian citizenship, and failed to regain his United States citizenship. Indonesia does not allow dual citizenship. Had Obama regained his United States citizenship, he would have been traveling on a United States Passport.

RE: the tax lien, I’m sure that Sutoro is a misspelling of Soetoro, but by whom? The IRS, or Stanley? If the IRS made the boo-boo, then Stanley may have let it ride, intentionally.
It looks like she owes back taxes. She and Lolo probably filed separately for those years. Legally separated people file separately.
Married couples who file separately do not have joint and several liability, but they pay higher rates than married couples filing jointly.
People who are permanently separated and in the process of divorcing may file separately depending upon individual circumstances.
Married filers in community property states are governed by special rules, but filing separately does not protect them from the underreporting of income of community property. Married filers in community property states are required to report one-half of the community property income on a separate return.
Measures can be taken to what is called “sever the community,” which affords protection from future but not past tax liabilities.
Although married filing separately carries much higher tax rates for couples than married filing jointly, a spouse who believes his (or her) partner is filing fraudulent or inaccurate returns may wish to do so because a separate return protects the innocent spouse.
If that last paragraph is true, whom do you think might have been the guilty spouse? Hmm..

That to me, was an address I’ve never seen before. Also the spelling of the last name caught my eye. Probably a clerical error, but with that mysterious, crazy clan, who knows?

The "document" is canted counterclockwise at approximately one degree.
Graphic defaults are zero, i.e., level.
The forger (or "prankster" or "disinformationist/provocateur") was working with a document image he couldn't, or chose not to, modify, and/or a graphics program which would not allow rotation, or he could not, or chose not to, modify.
Whether for humor or propaganda, the image is a forgery.
But, I assure you, the signature of "Dudley Doright" is absolutely authentic.
