Blogger admits Hawaii birth certificate forgery, subverting Obama claims (Uh-oh)

Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears.

The evidence of forgery and manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the detective work of independent investigative journalists and imaging professionals in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate the Daily Kos, an extreme left blog site, and the Obama campaign, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance.

The perceived unreliability of the image has provoked petitions and widespread demands for Obama to submit for objective inspection the paper versions of the "birth certificate" he claimed in his book Dreams from My Father was in his possession, as well as the paper version of the Certificate of Live Birth for which the image on the Daily Kos and the Obama "Fight the Smears" website was supposedly generated.

Without a valid birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he fulfills the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution, throwing into doubt his eligibility to run for President.

McKinnon, who says he is 25-30 years old, operates a website called OpenDNA.com and uses the OpenDNA screen name on various web sites and blogs, including his comments and diary on The Daily Kos. In recent years he has divided his time between Long Beach, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Democratic political activist, frequent contributor to the left wing Daily Kos blog, and a fervent Barack Obama supporter.

Six months after they wed, another letter arrived in Kenya, announcing the birth of Barack Hussein Obama, born Aug. 4, 1961. Despite her husband's continued anger, Sarah Obama said in a recent interview, she "was so happy to have a grandchild in the U.S."

Sarah is not really BHO Jr's grandmother. His grandmother left his grandfather leaving Sarah, another of his grandfather's wives, to raise BHO Sr.

Unfortunatly this is not the case from the same website you linked to: "Birth and Marriage certificates may only be requested by the individual, the individual's father, the individual's mother or the individual's relatives. "

That's mostly because of "identity theft", at one time they were indeed "public records", which anyone could request. But you can see the basic conflict between counting on a BC as proof of identity and citizenship, and allowing ever Tom Dick and Harriet to get a copy of anyone's certificate. The reason for the restrictioin on Marriage certificate is less clear.

That is so if you want to get a CERTIFIED copy of the certificate. But I know you can call, or go to the County Clerks office and ask if there is a record of so and so's marriage. I have done so. I have also gone to the court and asked to see divorce records. Although I had the file number on these. Not sure if you just have a name if they can locate the file for you.

Careful! A logical conclusion from that is that they went where he knew they could legally get married...

It's possible, but remember we are talking about an older man, 24 who knocked up a younger woman, 17 I think. No way to know for certain, but I suspect she did not know of his other wife. There was something that I read about her telling Barak Jr, that the divorce was because of the other wife. The problem with that is:

Would a divorce even be required if the marriage was not legitimate in the first place? I'm asking, because I don't know.

PJT, let me put in my two cents worth and answer the questions for you.

According to the link below the John Rodgers Terminal was dedicated in 1962. According to the description in that link it is a very exotic terminal. All open air except for some roofs. IMO the black and white picture nor the color picture with Obama Sr and Obama Jr fit that description. So therefor those pictures are before 1962.

What counts is what Stanley Ann "knew" and believed in 1961, she can hardly have been expected to act based on what she though congress was going to do in 25 years.

At that point her only option, her only option, the one she could know about in 1961 was to claim birth on US soil.

We already know she was traveling with a newborn from the inarguable visit with Susan Blake in Seattle. We know from Susan Blake's statement (see post #1881 for the link) that Stanley didn't yet know how to change a diaper.

We know that the reason given for that trip, to join Barak Sr. at Harvard, is wrong. He wasn't there yet to be joined.

It strikes me as very odd that some on this thread have asserted that Stanley Ann and Barak Jr.s presence in Seattle means that he was born in Hawai'i. It clearly means that Stanley Ann had a compelling reason to travel with a newborn before she had even learned to change his diaper!

All we know is that the first reported eye witness to the existence of baby Barak was over 2500 miles from Honolulu.

We know that he wasn't on his way FROM Honolulu to join his dad at Harvard, because his dad wasn't yet AT Harvard!

The other direction, he was there on his way TO Honolulu, remains an open question.

Why would Stanley Ann schlep itty-bitty baby Barak half way across the Pacific if the reason for the trip wouldn't be there for another year? He'd be better able to travel after daddy actually got to Harvard anyway.

Travel has risks for a newborn. No mother exposes their baby to unnecessary risks. An emergency trip to meet someone who won't be there for another year isn't a very compelling reason for undertaking that risk.

Insuring US citizenship for your baby might be.

A Kenyan marriage would be legitimate.

Even if it wasn't a Kenyan marriage, and the Maui wowie marriage was invalid, the courts would still need to be involved to protect the interests of the baby.

I think the picture was taken in the old terminal. I'm not convinced it's Obama in the picture though. Here are three different pics of Obama from roughly the same time period plus the pic of Obama Sr. and Ann at the airport:

	This is supposedly a picture of Obama and his dad at Christmas 1971 when Obama was 10. Yet the background looks exactly like the the old terminal building in Honolulu. This facility was razed in 1965.
	I'm including this picture here because Maya looks to be just over 1 year old. There is some confusion as to her birthdate, but if she was born when Barak was 9, that would place her birthdate as 1970. A side note: Barak is wearing his watch on his right wrist in this picture. The boy in the picture above is wearing his on the left. Barak is left handed. I've seen other southpaws wear their watch on the right. Not a big deal-I just find it interesting.
	This is the 5th grade class at Punahou School. Obama is in the back row, 3rd from the left.
	Stanley (Ann) looks much younger here than in the photo above. Also the Obama Sr.'s glasses look more in line with late 50's/early 60's than 70's.

If the story is that Stanley Ann had the baby in Kenya (which is the theory I believe), then going to Seattle makes sense actually.

Revisit my post here about her attendence to Mercer Island school and the type of school it was.

THIS may be where she was introduced to Frank Davis. Maybe not directly; but Frank Davis had a friend at this school also.

She was probably advised about filing the birth as 'born at home' or something. I doubt she would have known to do this on her own. She didn't even know how to change a diaper.

THAT was probably when Frank Davis was called and Stanley Ann probably met him upon returning to Hawaii.

A girl really needs a lot of energy to be flying around like this alone just after birthing. And anxiety/panic would produce that energy.

Since I subscribe to the theory that Stanley Ann had Obama Jr. in Kenya, that is why I think this one is Malik:

It just makes sense to me that he would call for his oldest son to come and help. Stanley Ann was in her first trimester and would have needed help packing.

So at the airport, Malik took the picture of Stanley and Obama, then they handed the camera to Stanley and she took one of the proud father and son together. I still insist that is Malik's face too. I look at his eyes and just see him.

That quote from Israel Insider is very misleading. Also I don't know where the year 1972 comes from.

The actual program is for a DELAYED Birth Certificate. There were many people born long before birth certificates were mandatory so therefore you have to apply for a delayed one. This requires a LOT of information to do.

I also think it is very possible that he was born in Kenya. There are two things that I think are questionable about the scenario you posted.

First, if Malik was born in 1958 (I think), he would be only three years old in 1961. It sounds like a very plausible scenario, but how could that be him in the picture in 1961? This is so strange, maybe the photo is photoshopped - how else could both of these elements be true (old airport, 10 year-old son)???

Second, it was mentioned earlier that Ann had to get passports, etc. together when she and Barack were moving to Indonesia. It makes sense that she could have traveled to Kenya (in 1961) on Barack Sr.’s passport (if she was already married to him in Hawaii and could travel on her husband’s passport).

However, if she found out about the other wife and tried to come back home, do you think that Barack Sr. escorted her back (which doesn’t seem likely) or do you think she would have left on her own? If so, she had no passport to get home on (by herself w/the baby).

It’s just hard to make all the pieces fit. There are so many good, plausable theories but it is difficult to get them all lined up.
