Federal prosecutors in U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro's office are dropping a criminal probe into whether former President Joe Biden and his aides unlawfully used an autopen to issue pardons, a person briefed on the matter told CBS News. Two sources confirmed the existence of the probe, with one telling CBS News that the matter has since been closed because prosecutors were never able to find a legal hook to be able to pursue the matter further. CBS News has not determined precisely when the case ended.

The men in Zhongnanhai do not rattle easily. Decades of patient statecraft, a foreign policy built on studied ambiguity, and an economy engineered to absorb external shocks have granted Beijing’s leadership a remarkable tolerance for turbulence. Operation Epic Fury, the American-Israeli air campaign now dismantling Iran’s military architecture, has produced something unusual in the corridors of Chinese power: visible confusion. Xi Jinping is scrambling. The word is not used lightly. For a leader who has built his image on strategic composure and long-horizon thinking, the current moment is acutely dangerous. Not because China faces a direct military threat, but because...

California's first 3D-printed community is being built in Linda. The first home is already for sale and the second and third homes are being printed right now. The new neighborhood in Linda is being built one layer at a time with the latest in 3D printing technology from the company 4Dify. The 1000-square-foot home for sale was printed from the dirt up within 24 days. It's made up of mostly concrete. "We've done ballistic testing on these, shot...

It never fails. President Trump takes decisive action, and leftists everywhere call him “Hitler” and demand that he be removed from office. He snatches narco-terrorist dictator Nicolás Maduro from his Caracas compound in the middle of the night, and Democrats clutch their pearls and speak about the inviolability of Venezuelan sovereignty (while conveniently ignoring that over 3% of Venezuela’s population illegally entered the United States during Joe Biden’s puppet-presidency). He quarantines the waters around communist Cuba, and America’s growing collective of idiotic socialists blame Cuban poverty on American aggression (while conveniently ignoring that communism delivers abject poverty wherever it exists)....

Dramatic footage has captured the moment an Israeli stealth fighter shot down an Iranian jet in a first-of-its-kind combat strike on Wednesday. Footage released by the Israeli Defense Forces on Thursday showed the Israeli F-35 jet focusing in on its target – a Russian-made Iranian Yak-130 – over Tehran before the air-to-air kill. A streak of light can be seen blazing across the screen as the enemy plane comes down. “Target down. The target is down. Continue for strike,” Israeli forces say in the video, which is played to the “Star Wars” theme tune. It was the first shootdown in...

🇺🇸Pray For The Peace of Jerusalem 🇮🇱(3/5/26)[Prayer]A New Study For A New Year: PersonalitiesGenesis 32:1-23 32 And Jacob went on his way, and the angels of God met him. 2 And when Jacob saw them, he said, This is God's host: and he called the name of that place Mahanaim. 3 And Jacob sent messengers before him to Esau his brother unto the land of Seir, the country of Edom. 4 And he commanded them, saying, Thus shall ye speak unto my lord Esau; Thy servant Jacob saith thus, I have sojourned with Laban, and stayed there until now: 5...

The US tested a doomsday ballistic missile off the California coast Tuesday night — as war raged in the Middle East. The Minuteman III ballistic missile — which is capable of carrying nuclear warheads 20 times more powerful than the atomic bomb dropped on Hiroshima — launched from Vandenberg Space Force Base near Santa Barbara at 11 p.m. The unarmed rocket, known as GT 254, hit its intended target near the Marshall Islands in the west-central Pacific Ocean, according to the US Space Force. The missile was fired to “verify the effectiveness, readiness and accuracy,” according to the Air Force...

Elisabeth Hasselbeck is singlehandedly shifting the Overton window for what’s acceptable to be said on The View. As the panel was trashing Kristi Noem, she set off a grenade by making ironclad arguments for a closed border. “How many people in the audience had to go through security to get here? Raise your hand.” HASSELBECK: “I think all lives matter to God.” “And we are in uncommon times, so we need to have uncommon sense about things like this.” “Yes, there will be mistakes made, but I think if Kristi Noem were up for promotion right now and she put...

For many, the war with Iran — and the killing of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei — might seem like the climactic end to a long, brutal reign of terror by the theological clerics who have run the country since 1979. But a Fox News Digital investigation reveals that, for certain hardline Shiite ideologues, including in the U.S., this is not an ending but a prophetic showdown that will usher in the arrival of the "Mahdi," a messiah, according to Islamic eschatology, or the theology of end times. In this prophecy, Mahdi will emerge to battle Dajjal, the Islamic equivalent of the...

@SaraGonzalesTX Mr. President @realDonaldTrump, I am one of your biggest supporters and I am urging you as someone who is in the Texas grassroots: do NOT endorse Cornyn. It will be one of your biggest mistakes. The majority of Texas voters voted AGAINST Cornyn last night. We don’t want him!

The Senate voted down legislation Wednesday aimed at blocking President Donald Trump from taking military action against Iran without congressional approval. Lawmakers in the upper chamber voted 52 to 48, giving Trump the greenlight to continue his strikes on Iran without worrying about Congress. Republican Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky, a cosponsor of the legislation, was the only Republican to vote with nearly every Democrat aiming to curb the president’s authority to use military force without first consulting Congress. “They’ve [Iran has] been saying they’re one week away from a nuclear weapon, I think, since 1996,” Paul told reporters Wednesday....

---SNIP--- The New York Times’ Terence Smith, writing about Iran in 1984, described the use of child soldiers by Iran to clear minefields. Young boys, aged 12-17 years, wore red headbands with the words ‘Sar Allah’ in Farsi (Warriors of God) and small metal keys that the Ayatollah declared were their tickets to Paradise if they were martyred in their mission. Many were sent into battle against Iraqi tanks without any protection and bound by ropes to prevent desertion. They were the first wave, making the way for Iranian tanks by clearing barbed wire and minefields with their bodies.

It’s hard for taxpayers to stomach! The Baltimore mayor’s office spent more than $890,000 on lavish meals and parties — including crab feasts, catered “farewell” bashes and massive tabs at Ravens football games, according to a report Wednesday. Mayor Brandon Scott’s administration blew taxpayer cash on over-the-top perks for staffers — including $52,589 on grub in the Mayoral Suite at Ravens and Orioles games — in a gross violation of the city’s “public funds” rules, according to baltimorebrew.com. One of the elaborate meals was served at a $3,636 farewell “office party” for Scott’s former campaign manager Marvin James, which featured...

A majority of the Supreme Court is finally losing patience with lower courts it perceives as looking for ways around both long-established and recent precedents, tacitly answering complaints by more conservative justices that the high court was routinely ignoring rulings that flagrantly violate its precedents. In an emergency order Tuesday night, six justices rebuked the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for blocking a permanent injunction against California's so-called gender secrecy policies, which require school districts to hide students' gender confusion from their parents and even falsely tell parents their children aren't presenting as the opposite sex at school...... It...

The Hadi Institute in Dearborn, Michigan held a March 1, 2026 memorial service for Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, referring to him as the “great leader of our time.” During the event, poet and lawyer Hassan Salamey recited poetry claiming that while it may appear that Zionist Jews led the attack, it was actually Satan “leading their camp.” He further asserted that whether the “stooge” in the Oval Office is Republican or Democrat.

Rep. Nancy Mace torches Tim Walz over the rampant fraud that occurred under his watch, doing some "Minnesota math" with him: Mace: "How much money was spent in 2017 on autism?" Walz: "I don't know, I wasn't the governor." Mace: "Did you not just say you prepared for this hearing today? $1 million...How much money was spent on autism in Minnesota in 2024?" Walz: "I don't have the number in front of me." Mace: "Were you governor in 2024?" Walz: "I was." Mace: "...It's unbelievable. $343 million was spent in 2024. What percentage increase is that, from $1M to $343M?"...

A brawl during the Sun Belt Conference women’s basketball tournament led to a referee being inadvertently knocked out by a player. South Alabama’s 80-70 win over Coastal Carolina in the second round on Wednesday afternoon descended into chaos in the fourth quarter when players from both sides began exchanging words — and then fists. South Alabama’s Cordasia Harris and Coastal Carolina’s Tracey Hueston briefly chirped at one another before the latter tried to shove and swing at the former. One teammate of Harris grabbed her to restrain her before she could retaliate. Another South Alabama player, along with a ref,...
