PRISTINA -- Monday – UN officials in Kosovo have received threatening letters from the Albanian National Army which are believed to signal a new campaign against the international administration of Serbia’s southern province. UNMIK staff have been told to report threats to the security service, say Belgrade media. But the Kosovo Protection Corps, the home guard formed by the transformation of the former guerrilla Kosovo Liberation Army say they are not surprised by the group’s threats. Corps commander Agim Ceku says that the Albanian National Army has organised bomb attacks on the UNMIK headquarters and attempted to assassinate President Ibrahim...

Introduction: Pseudo-Events and The Big Lie The 60th Anniversary commemoration of the Jasenovac Concentration Camp, the largest in the Balkans, known as “the Balkan Auschwitz”, was totally and completely ignored by the US and the so-called international community. Hundreds of thousands of Serbian Orthodox civilians were murdered there during World War II by Croats and Bosnian Muslims. The commemoration of Jasenovac held on Sunday, April 17, 2005, was completely censored and ignored in the West, as reported by Christopher Deliso in “Western Media Ignores Serb, US Memorials of Jasenovac Death Camp”, April 20, 2005, Balkanalysis. Deliso showed that only three...

Wednesday, July 13, 2005 The Terrorist Connection in the U.S. By Stella Jatras Americans have been warned that there are still many al Qaeda "sleepers" i.e., "cells" in this country just waiting to commit another 9/11. How many of these sleepers have infiltrated the pro-KLA communities under the guise of being freedom fighters for Kosovo independence?" A recent report in The Brooklyn Connection writes, "It's common knowledge that buying weapons in the United States is surprisingly easy. But what about outfitting a foreign guerilla army? Meet Florin Krasniqi, one of the driving forces behind Kosovo's fight for independence. He lives...

A video of Muslims' killings showed last week shocked many Serbs A Serb nationalist newspaper has published a picture of a Bosnian Muslim soldier beheading a Serb prisoner. The picture was taken from a wartime video that the International War Crimes Tribunal in The Hague refused to show because of its brutality. The publication comes a week after Serbian TV broadcast a video of Serb paramilitaries executing Muslim prisoners in Srebrenica 10 years ago. That video was screened at the international tribunal. At least 12 of the Serb paramilitaries featured in it have since been arrested. Correspondents say the footage...

As trial drags on, Milosevic sticks to his story By Marlise Simons The New York Times TUESDAY, JUNE 14, 2005 But Milosevic's old mind-set remains intact. Day after day, he has tenaciously stuck to his vision of history, the evolving version he delivered during his 13 years in power that triggered three wars and led to more than 250,000 dead. Serbs were not responsible for the wars in Croatia, Bosnia and Kosovo, he contends, but were forced to defend themselves from aggression. Yes, people died, but they were fighting, or were bombed by NATO. He, as Serbia's leader, led Serbs...

THE cliché goes: "Just business, nothing personal." The hell it is. John Kerry makes me weak in the ankles — and now it's personal, not business. In the next few days, there will be a person reporting for duty in Iraq. His name is Army Capt. Peter J. Dunleavy. ...John Kerry makes it look like those guys and gals are just victims — wrong war, wrong time, wrong place. How dare he say that to our brave boys and girls? How dare he whisper it — let alone shout it to the whole world? In my book, Kerry is giving...

After Pearl Harbor, do you know what we attacked? Do you? After that horrendous Japanese assault against our territory, in which hundreds of American servicemen were killed, do you know who we went after? Probably not. Not unless you’re a history buff, or unless you’ve listened to some of your grandfather’s war stories. Let me tell you why it matters. The Democratic presidential candidate, John Kerry, has attacked the American war on terror, particularly the invasion of Iraq, saying that our action was wrong. He has said that by going into Iraq, which did not attack us on September 11,...

http://www.chronwatch.com/content/contentDisplay.asp?aid=10146 Debate Score: Bush 1, Kerry 0 Written by Gregory Borse Monday, October 04, 2004 In order for the creeping dynamics of the race for the presidency to change as a result of the first presidential debate, two things had to happen: President Bush had to commit a major gaff and Democratic challenger Senator Kerry had to hit a home run. Neither happened. Still, this first debate offered an opportunity--as a result of the fact that the two participants performed so well--a real contrast between the candidates. For all the harping before the first of the three scheduled debates, about...
