We asked her how the present Congress compares with those she has served with since she was first elected in 1992. Below is a transcript of her response. The United Farm Workers was cited for refusing to bargain in good faith during its stalled contract negotiations with E&J Gallo Winery, according to a complaint issued Tuesday by lawyers for the state Agricultural Labor Relations Board.
